I called customer service because I left a few bags at the store. Instead of them calling down to the garden section. The people at the front didn’t call and see if I left my stuff there and said and I quote “if you just left it should be there” in a rude tone. It was either Audrey or Malissa. The funny thing is they weren’t even busy. So they could have called back there and asked. I honestly don’t think it was Malisa I worked with her in the past and she is a sweetheart and still is a sweetheart.

Would you like to be treated like a thief while shopping for household necessities? Well look no further than Layton Walmart. The same loss prevention will get in front of your cart to check your receipt when heading to get your prescription after purchasing your items. Don't worry though because she will ask to check it again when you exit the store with your prescription.

Overall, as most walmarts, great prices, a lot of selection and the store is generally very clean. Found several fun items for my daughter to help celebrate her birthday.

Went to checkout with multiple items and they had to do a price check and made me take all my items and go take a picture to prove the price, without a cart an not just that I also had to do there job for them and put the pillows where they belong because they were in the wrong spot. just to get put in the back of line an wait even longer then I already have. People were rude and making me feel unwelcome.

THE SHELVES ARE ALWAYS HALF EMPTY! They are never fully stocked. Its always missing my favorite stuff. 4am or 4pm, it doesnt matter. I have to drive way out of my way to the next super walmart just to get a good walmart experience. Step up the stocking guys!
* UDPATE 5 YEARS LATER. This store is STILL poorly stocked. Still only find half the stuff I need on the shelves. It's incredible to me that they STILL have not fixed this problom. Guess I'm going back to smiths again...

This store really sucks now it takes longer to go in there and find what your looking for since they switched everything around and also did away with their changing rooms ? so if you buy clothing for you or your children and not sure of the size you can't try anything on to heck with this Walmart I'll stick to going to the Syracuse one

Worst customer service. Don’t bother asking for help they will just ignore you or tell you no. Bought a tv yesterday and asked for help to bring it out to my car and they refused.

It was super, super busy when we went, and took forever to get a self-checkout booth. They did NOT have what I was looking for (KT Tape) even though it showed online that they did, so I bought the Equate brand—which isn’t as bad as I thought it would be, if I’m being honest. They have a very small selection of sport injury recovery products, so I would not recommend this store if you need those, but otherwise, everything was fine, like I’d expect from Walmart.
