This is a horrible branch of Wells Fargo. I have been a Wells customer for 25 years and banked at this branch for all of those years. In the last 4 years this branch has gone straight to hell. I own 2 businesses and have lots of accounts through them. It is time to move to a different branch while I find another bank all together. It is the most in efficient business I have ever been in. However, they pay a lady to stand by the enourmous line to ask what brings you here today? Duh, I am here to do banking and wish I didn't have to stand in a line for 30-40 mins for a simple transaction! And yes I do mobile banking but there are times I need to come in and do it in person and get cash back. The branch across town on Gentile is significantly better. I don't blame the tellers, they are just trying to do their job. However, if there is even a branch manager at this location he/she ought to start giving clinics on Inefficiency! You will save lots of time and frustration by driving further to a different bank. Terrible, terrible experiene over and over again.

Otherwise no appointment visiting, they cordinated schedule and helped me to open new account.

Back when they had the drive thru I remember they would have the lanes blocked off half the time with a cone. And once they closed them permanently they said it's because not as many people use the drive thru and it's not efficient. Maybe if they were not blocked off and functioning in the first place that wouldn't be the case.
The lobby has very slow service. There's times where I've waited over 30 minutes to do a deposit and get some change.

Definitely felt like I was being profiled for literally just trying to cash my check won’t be sending anyone to that bank I’ll definitely be sure to let everyone know how going there will be the worst mistake

Jose refused to help me because he said they close in a “minute” I came in at 4:50 they close at 5. They might of needed to stay 5 minutes late to help with what I needed but were not able to do so. Will be finding a better bank.

One of the worst if not the worst financial institutions to exist. They make mistakes on their part and then blame it on us clients! How about training the tellers to do their jobs right. Absolutely atrocious

Absolute trash. They are disrespectful to senior citizens. I think they'd rather douse their customers with kerosene and light them on fire than help their customers. A criminal enterprise masquerading as a bank.
