I love this store. The 1 star is because I don't know if I'll ever be able to go back. The older gentleman working the check stand on 06/23/25 was so mean to me he caused a PTSD panic attack. I also have stress induced seizures. I do not feel safe returning here knowing he works there. He verbally attacked me when I asked him how his day was going. The sour candy belts from the bins have sour sugar on them. My bag had a good amount of the sour sugar at the bottom because the bin was almost empty. He yelled at me that I had gotten the sour sugar from one bin and the belts from another. He yelled that he had to separate the bags. I was visibly shaking as he yelled at me. I stared down at the payment pad in fear waiting for him to finish scanning so I could pay and leave. The chip reader made an error and he yelled at me to put my card back in. He was so aggressive from start to finish for no justifiable reason and I'm too scared to go back. I still can't understand why he targeted me like that.

Horrible experience!! Was actually kicked out of the store at 5 am had to do some shopping on before work but their "security" kicked me and my fiancee out stating that: ""ok you guys have been shopping here for a long time and you have to get out of the store."" When I asked him what for he said I just told you.
WE WERE ONLY THERE FOR 8 MINUTES!!!

My boyfriend was sold spoiled crab and they would not give refund or replace. Him not buying crab meat frequently he didn't know that when the bags are expanded with air that's an indicator something is wrong. I went to the store myself and the refrigerator was broke and this is why it was spoiled. The refrigerator was not cold at all and they would not admit fault and make it right.

WinCo is convenient!!! See I’m from the east coast but I love it. There isn’t a supermarket where you can select & look by weight & etc in other places!
