Engine Light was on P06DD and P0446 and you fixed it (Invoice 647099) Sept 26. Just 6days later I have the same problem!Going Oct 10. to Findlay Chevrolet Las Vegas, hope they can fix it finally!

Best customer service! Got oil change with no appointment! They let me drop off my car and it was ready to pick- up before 5 pm just a 1 hour wait! Definitely recommend them!

Probably better than I'll ever get from a Chevy dealer, but it's because all I needed was a key cut. Could have been different if I wasn't programming it myself, but I'm take what I can get. Thanks guys, you were awesome

Back in July 2022. The cameras on the traverse weren’t broadcasting to the main display on the dashboard. We contacted Young service center to get that fixed. They said they had to reset the programming and that corrected it. Unfortunately, the camera was still causing an error on the display. Here we are in May 2023, almost a year later with the same issues. We have taken the vehicle back-and-forth to the service center, multiple times. And they say they repair it, but it’s still not working. We have paid a lot of money for repairs. As this has not covered been under the manufacture warranty that has now expired, nor the extra warranty that we paid for when we purchased the vehicle. Today, I got another call that they ordered the wrong part, come pick my vehicle back up again, and then it would take another two weeks for that part to come back in. At which time, we can reschedule another service appointment. I am at a loss on what to do to get my vehicle fixed. Trading it in is not an option, due to the value of vehicles that I’ve dropped drastically. So I am stuck with an almost new 2020 Chevrolet traverse that I cannot use the cameras on. And still paying payments on. I feel like I’m getting a run around from the service center, the service center representative, and service center manager. I will never buy from young again! This has been an absolute horror to deal with. And I’m very angry!!!

Hey guys!! New addition to the 5 star club Rosa!! I did buy a new car like I said I would!! Had a question about a slight cigarette smoke smell and Rosa is looking into it for me!!! Thanks for everything and replacing my wiper blades!!!!Rich and Tanner in the service department are AMAZING!!! Customer service at it's best!! Thanks again guys. I know where I'm buying my next car!!!

Wow doesn't surprise me im not the only one this happened too! I brought my trailblazer in for preventative motor work that never got done! I was told the work was done. I picked up my vehicle and BOOM less then two weeks later my motor was shot. Come to find out "sorry we didn't do the work! That I am still paying for by the way! We live in a society where incompetent people now can have a job that they're unqualified for and the manager Todd is no exception. After realizing they had made a mistake and even owning up too it Todd then began avoiding my calls having receptionist call me on his behalf. Now im stuck with a vehicle that doesn't work and a fat bill. Thanks Todd! Thanks young! What a disaster you are Todd.

Nothing but trouble and waiting for a call back. They all pass the buck when it comes to answering any question no matter how simple or difficult. I would never recommend buying from this group of people.

no need to explain other than we’re looking to get a more reliable vehicle due to young chev repair shop fixing everything except for the actual problem that we took it in for in the first place. 1 month after the repairs was done our Chevy sonic is still overheating

where to start about five years ago brought my car in to have my rearview mirror put back on the window the mechanic told me he cannot do it because it was not the original windshield that was the last time I came in to their service area. Monday I had to bring my car in to have them fix whatever was going on with my coolant system. So they don’t get to my car until Tuesday to look at what was going on with my car they send me the video tell me everything that need to be fix I was also told they had everything in the shop to fix my car and it will be done at the end of Wednesday. My husband called them to see when my car will be done we were told they were still waiting on parts to come in and when they found out they would let us know when it will be done. We are now looking at them having my car for a week and people at the company lying to us, they even lying to us when we bought the car and they don’t like to make it right for the customer.

2004 duramax to the shop and had my transfer case and yoke replaced. Works great. Friendly people to work with you.
