I took my Corvette C8 in for a oil change. There were several recalls(just programming), and my service partner asked the Vett Tech to talk to me. When the oil service was done they addressed the recalls with no appointment. They also explained what I thought was a malfunction of the front trunk was my "user error". Very, very professional. Jadin? was awesome. Fast Track was also great!

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Over the past 2 1/2 years I have always had very good interactions with this dealership and have bought 3 cars from them. I'm currently driving a 2023 Toyota Corolla hatchback from them that I bought on new years eve, brand new. In June, right in time for the summer heat the A/C stopped working. When I took it in for a diagnostic the girl who did the intake said "Oh yeah this happens all of the time" I thought to myself, hmmmm weird of her to say but ok. Then I went to the desk to check in and I was working with a new girl in training, she needed help so she called the other girl back over who then told me "by the way, I forgot to mention that if this happened due to a rock hitting your condenser then it wont be covered, also your diagnostic would not be covered either which is $160" she then proceeded to tell the girl in training to write poss $160 diag. on the paper and circle it, and she did. I was livid, as soon as that transaction occurred I knew that regardless of what happened to my car they were going to tell me that was the problem and that is EXACTLY what they did. I got a video telling me that a rock hit my condenser and that it would cost $1900 to repair. My car was bought off the show room floor, brand new, and only has 13000 miles on it when this occurred, well within the 35000 mile bumper to bumper coverage. They then proceed to tell me that I could turn it in to my insurance, when I did that I was told that it should be covered under my bumper to bumper coverage under A/C on the car. We've since reached out to our salesman who responded at first and then stopped and I am driving 80 miles a day to and from school and work in the blazing heat, half of the time with my 3 year old in the back seat. I am so so frustrated and so disappointed!!! I just want my A/C to work in my BRAND NEW CAR!!! I would give zero stars for this if I hadn't had positive experiences with them in the past!

Dropped of truck for transmission issues. Dealer recommended new transmission and I agreed. Got truck back 3 weeks later (why so long?). Truck experienced same problems as before transmission was replaced. That tells me I was sold a transmission I didn't need. Scheduled to take vehicle back in next week for further troubleshooting.Terrible customer experience. Never again!

Truck under warranty. Took in because it went into limp mode. Was told new pigtail to the injector was needed and that was replaced. Had it back for 10 days and it did it again. Had appointment but since the light went out they told me to drive till it came back on. Well it came back on, this time i stopped off got a pic of code, and provided to dealership. Have taken pics of the dash since pigtail was replaced to show that it is going into limp mode even if the light goes out when I take it in(just my luck). Will change ratings once issues are truly fixed. Not sure if this is a big issue but had problems with Young collision after my truck was hit while parked in a parking lot ,so I think due to bad experience at Young Collision and Young owning the dealership, I went into this with a bad taste in my mouth. The only reason I am taking to dealership is because it's under warranty, otherwise based on experience would not be doing any business at Youngs. So fuel rail sensor replaced so hopefully this fully fixes tje limp mode issues. Much better experience, updated rating and will update again based off results of last fix.

We were looking for a very specific truck, and stopped by this dealership to see what was available. Will helped us. Even though they didn’t have a truck we wanted in stock, he told us about one that was stuck in transit from the factory. Will called us about once a week to give us an update. Eventually, the truck made it to the dealership and Will helped us through the purchase process. Our whole experience with him was pleasant. He wasn’t pushy, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to our friends and family.

I had a great experience with Young Chevrolet!! They worked with me on a couple of issues during negotiation and I got the car I wanted at the right price. And when some issues popped up after the sale (issues with Chevrolet, not the dealership), Young worked with me to make all of it right, even though the problems were not their fault. So, hats off to Young Chevrolet!! They made this process as seamless and painless as possible, even after the sale was done and over with. Thank you Will and Jake!

Worst continued dealership experience I've had in my life. Where do I start. We first went to young back in February when we moved here with an issue regarding my blazer where the wireless charger would work intermittently. They wouldn't troubleshoot and made us come back 3 times to finally take the car. It only took them an hour to replicate the issue. They ordered parts to replace only to be lied to twice about inventory. We were told the part arrived and we had scheduled an appointment to have the charging pad replaced, showed up, just for them to tell us they didn't have it in stock...twice! After the part finally came in they then kept the car without communicating for almost a month. We would call, and no one would tell us anything about the status of our car. They kept the car between 8 March and 12 April we received no updates. Finally they fixed the issue but it left us carless for almost a month. Fast forward a month later, and we realized they installed the rear vents improperly (they had the entire car apart, see photo). When I called to schedule and figure out a date to fix their mistake, the woman I talked to wouldn't let me schedule anything but the day she stated and sounded dreadfully annoyed when I tried to work around my schedule and her openings. I gave up trying with this place. The people aren't customer friendly, the service is awful, I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy. I've since moved to a different Chevy dealership to work with.

Ruben at Young Chevrolet was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the truck I wanted. He went above and beyond and made the process easy and pain free. He had everything lined up to get us in and out fast and we really enjoyed working with him.

I wish I could give this dealership more than five stars!! They are absolutely amazing. The transmission in our car went out and we needed a new car, stat. Kayley was absolutely amazing to work with. She wasn't pushy, was super professional and just the absolute sweetest. She got us into the perfect car, even when it meant staying late.

BEWARE!!! I would never work with the Young dealership and especially not with the salesman Tyson. When discussing the trade in for our truck he asked what I would estimate its value at. I said about $20k. He said its value was at most $13k and that they could only offer me around $9k. We were eventually able to negotiate for them to pay us $12,100. All the while everyone at the dealership was saying that they were going to lose money on our trade in. A week later I looked to see if they had posted my truck. They had it listed for $23,000! The only reason we traded our truck or even bought a car was because we believed we were getting close to what it was worth. I called Tyson about it, but he refused to take any responsibility for his actions. After a bunch of back and forth I was able to speak with a manager named Jake. He heard me out and said they could sell me my truck back, but only if I bought it for $13,000 PLUS TAXES AND REGISTRATION!!! I asked them to sell me my truck back for the amount I received for it, but they refused. I will never do business with this company again and would caution anyone else who is considering buying a vehicle from them.

Up until the last couple of interactions, I have always had a great experience with this dealership. I had gotten new tires and when I went in for an oil change, they told me I needed an alignment because my tires were wearing funny. The tires had less than 100 miles on them. When I went back to the tire shop, they told me my alignment was great after they checked it again. This last encounter, my engine light came on and it ended up being an injector connector. When I asked them if they checked the other wires, they said it looks "pretty good".... Pretty good? I don't want it looks "pretty good" I want to be sure everything looks good as it is under warranty. I feel they seemed inconvenienced when they need to do more than the basic customer service. I have other dealers that I have gone to recently and they were amazing. As soon as my warranty is up, I won't be coming back and I'll shop at a different dealer for another 70K truck.I give them 3 stars based on the fact that I did like them prior to these last few visits to the service department. If not for that these last two visits would warrant a 1 star.

Gage helped me get my 2003 Subaru outback! He listened to what I wanted rather than trying to sell me a fancier car. I really appreciated how consistent he was during the whole process.

Young Chevrolet's service department could not have disappointed me more. I am a General Contractor and my truck is my work. I cannot work. If I do not have my truck. so I scheduled the two days they told me it would take to do the recall work that was needed for my vehicle. They ended up taking 9 days to complete the work. During this time I was not adequately kept in the loop.Ultimately, I had to borrow a neighbors truck for several days in order to work... I don't have the luxury of taking 9 days off work while my truck gets fixed. I had to find this truck because Young Chevrolet was only able to provide me with a truck for one day...because they sold it the next day. so the replacement car they brought to me, was not even big enough to fit my family, so it sat taking up space in my driveway the whole time.I am a business owner, and I occasionally make mistakes before that make life inconvenient for my customers... when those situations have happened, I do everything that is it in my power make sure their experience with me is not diminished...in fact in many ways people enjoy the experience even more, because people respect when you go the extra mile to do the right thing. I've put people in hotels, paid for tens of thousands of dollars out of my own pocket to cover costs so my client wouldn't have to.The most disappointing part about this whole situation is Young Chevrolet's lack of owning that they messed up and doing whatever they could to make it right. Hell, they haven't ever even acknowledged that it put me in a hard situation or apologized. And for this reason I have no respect for them. And I don't recommend businesses I don't respect.

I wouldn't recommend doing business with this outfit to my worst enemy. I set up an appointment for service, called to add more mechanical items that needed repair and the smart-ass assistant couldn't even find the scheduled time. Once I dropped off the vehicle, I wait for a call for 6 hours that didn't happen, call to find out what the status of mechanical issues and they don't show any record of the vehicle being in their service department. On hold for 15 minutes, expect a return call for an update, doesn't happen. I live 30 miles from dealership and do not have a ride home from work today. Young obviously could care less or even figure out if I still have a truck, because they don't know where it is. Don't make the same mistake I did in doing business with Young Chevrolet.
