So I bought a car here January 2024 and have been enjoying it and the free 2 year maintenance. The car has recently come up with engine and performance issues, namely with the intake valve. I had a qualified mechanic look into the issue and come to find out, my oil changes have NOT been done properly, which most likely ended up causing the intake valve to be stuck in low lift position. I am NOT happy! I also had no oil in my car when the last change was only two months ago and was never informed of a leak. This all could have been avoided if the oil changes and other maintenance was done properly by Young Kia.

Young Kia of Layton continues to provide the best car service experience that I’ve ever had. They consistently meet and exceed my expectations. The specialists here make sure I feel like I’m valued. In fact, though I’ve only been coming to Young KIA for about 3 years, it feels like a much longer relationship because I’m treated like I’m a part of their team, even a member of the family, so to speak.
Recently our car had a problem which turned out to be the result of something missed by a technician on a previous service visit. I don’t know of any auto service centers that don’t make any mistakes. The difference is that the people at Young KIA, don’t try to cover it up or to pass the blame on to someone else. They apologize, then fix it.
As a customer, I much prefer to have the service provider give me exact information, even if it’s bad news. I’d rather be given a longer time estimate for a repair or service than be given a falsely shorter time, only to have it pushed back a time or two. Young KIA practices the former, being open and more exact.
I’m a very satisfied customer and highly recommend Young KIA for automobile service, repair, and maintenance.

Once again the Young Kia service department did a great job with a recall on my 2024 K5. They let me know when the part was available, we scheduled an appointment and the parts were replaced in an hour! And my car was washed and tire shine applied all in only an hour!
