Somebody needs to tell Zions Bank it isn't 1950 anymore. In 2024, isn't it unreasonable for a bank to have 9-5 hour M-F, and CLOSED on Saturday?

Extremely poor service. With 4-5 people at drive thru the service is always slow. I go there often but never got done on time. I got there 15 minutes before closing and there was one car ahead of me and still couldn’t make it to make my deposit.

latest update that reinforced continued poor customer service. moved in summer of 2022 and changed address on our accounts. or so we thought, apparently you have to say more than we moved and need our address changed on "all" our accounts. not "we have moved and need to change our address". see the difference.no, we don't either. moving on, lost wallet and called and cancelled cards. new ones ordered, and shipped to wrong address. apparently cashier failed to change the address on our account. go figure. after two weeks called told one would be overnighted. never arrived. received call from branch said the bank has no way of knowing if a card has been shipped and if it is scheduled to be shipped. By this time I had had enough going on a month with no card. try functioning without a debit card. next morning card overnighted arrived. called to activate and was told before it shipped it had been cancelled. or right after it had been shipped. and to toss it and a new card would be ordered and should arrive in the future, with no expected date provided. talk about the tail wagging the dog. We are looking for a new bank, we understand others print the card while you stand there. so if not for the auto drafts and deposits we would do it today, however, it will take us a month or so to get everything moved before we pull the deposits.

Such good service!! Sarah is always so helpful and kind when I come in or give her a call regarding my account. She is so bubbly and everyone in the branch always seems to be in a good mood. I have had nothing but positive experiences.

Don't expect it to be quick at the drive thru even if you are the only car. Waited 15 mins before someone came to the window. Find another bank.

Horrible service I was confused about a situation and misunderstood why I needed to do I’m order to cash a check and the women who helped me was so rude and incredibly snarky she talked to me like I was stupid and was clearly annoyed that I was confusedInstead of helping me to understand she just blew my husband and I off.Never coming to this branch again they are absolutely horrible and rude.

I can not believe I have been sitting in the drive through for almost 30 minutes waiting. Trapped with a car in front of me and behind me and whatever they are doing inside is taking horrendously long. I’ve never in my life dealt with this slow of service. I’m late getting back to work, did not get to eat my lunch which is what my break and stopping here was during.... literally turned my car off. Ridiculous!!!!!! Mad as hell. Writing this as I sit here STUCK.

I’m in need of a bank statement that shows a zero balance from my account closed in 1996. They located the account and it shows a zero balance but they will not provide me a letter or statement. UNBELIEVABLE. The state of Utah will not release my unclaimed property without this letter. Can anyone tell me when the state of Utah started collections for Zions Bank? What a joke. Another example of bureaucracy at its best.

Tia Barton is the best bank manager ever. She went above and beyond to help us figure out an issue we were having with a refund with a third party company for about 1 month and till this day she is still keeping us updated on the process. She is amazing being so patient with us throughout this whole month on something that is not her or the banks fault but the third party company.

Good place just wish it was open on Saturday and Sunday Sunday atleast in a window service...
