I purchased a dewalt cordless finish nail gun from the Lehi location and when it malfunctioned I brought it back to be serviced. Months went by and when I followed up I was told that I had to purchase a new one at a discounted price. I told them I wanted my nail gun returned at which time I was told that dewalt kept my gun and I could not have it returned.As I see it , even if I had to buy a new one at a discounted price, I should still get my nail gun back because it was MINE! After speaking with mike at the salt lake location I decided to cut my losses and no longer do business with arrow fasteners because I was treated poorly. I am a finish carpenter contractor and now but my supplies from summit fasteners.

I was driving home from work and some j*** driving one of these trucks cut me off literally almost causing an accident. He was in the left hand turn lane and suddenly knifed into the intersection in front of me. These people represent you. Hire better drivers.
