I had an amazing experience today people swarmed the store like sardines. There was no line to the fitting room so that’s a plus and then when I was checking out around 1:10pm on December 9th I was greeted with the most spectacular customer service. Ella needs a raise!!! She was so kind and upbeat. She was the most fun worker I’ve met. She got things done with a smile and made me laugh! Great store.

My new favorite place to buy jeans!!!! Staff is friendly and very helpful! Store is well kept. The only thing I hate is paying $60 for a pair of jeans or more... I try to order jeans online because it is cheaper. I did have another store price match them for me which was nice.

The employees at this location suck. I haven't been back in months. I had multiple employees shame me the other times I had gone in to make returns. Getting annoyed that I came in to return something and didn't look around and that they were going to lose their job for shopping online. So weird AE.. I will never go back.

I had an amazing experience here! My daughters and I came in to return some swim suits we purchased online and decided to shop around. The guy in the fitting room was so helpful finding our sizes and the PERFECT pants! We all got the baggy pants they are so comfortable. We will definitely be back!!

My girlfriend worked at this location for over a year and a half. And occasionally I would come in to just regularly shop and say hi to my girlfriend and shop. I was almost banned from the store because some of the co workers either took out of context what I was talking to my girlfriend about, and believed that I was going to SHOOT UP THE STORE and other accusations that they wouldn’t share. They also believed that apparently I had verbally disrespected some of the employees.This is absolutely outrageous considering the only person I would talk to was my girlfriend. And I would only talk to her when she either had a break from working or when she was helping me with an item.The store manager and the assistant store manager need to grow up and focus more on how to treat their customers with respect and not make assumptions about things they shouldn’t even be listening in on.

If company policy states that returns can be made in store for online purchases, then the store needs to honor that. Returns are supposed to be free and easy, regardless of how you return it. I have had issues with my refund actually coming through when I mail in a return, so I prefer to return to a physical location… And the reason for ordering online is because they are online only items or sizes. I don’t need a lecture when I go in to return a couple of items that were purchased online.

Absolute horrible customer service. As others have mentioned they try to make it near impossible to return anything. They should be ashamed at the way they treat their customers.

Beware that this store has the world's most frustrating and dumbest return policy before you buy anything here. I came here to return something for my sister who lives 3 and 1/2 hours away and for my wife.Apparently they can't return something UNLESS YOU HAVE THE ACTUAL PHYSICAL CARD that was used to purchase the product so I wasn't able to return either of the purchases. They weren't even able or willing to type in the number of the card because "the system didn't work like that".I hope they enjoy the 50 bucks from the clothes that I wasn't able to return because I'M NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN.

Came in to make a single item online return and got a lecture by cashier KP1094 saying that I am the cause of retail employees losing their jobs. She said if I can come in the store to make a return then I can shop in the store and not shop online. She said it’s people like me that are forcing retail establishments to close down since I’m shopping online. If I’m going to shop online I shouldn’t be coming into the store to make a return. American Eagle, needs to educate their employees on customer service and their rerun policy apparently! I asked her so you are lecturing me on shopping online at the same store she works for, and she said yes! Well cashier KP1094 you have permanently lost a customer at your retail establishment and I’ll be happy to share my experience with all my friends.

I shop online for AE and Arie but sometimes I need to return things. I went in the other day and the cashier was so incredibly rude to me. Like I was stunned the rest of the day thinking about how rude she was and how horrible she made me feel. She lectured me about returning Arie things to AE and how it really hurts their business and there's an Arie store ten minutes from here. I had no idea they are different stores as I buy online from both and they ship at the same time. At the time my baby was holding a bracelet from the store and she said " are you going to pay for that? I don't want you stealing or breaking the bracelet". I was so shocked, like of course I wasn't going to walk out with it and I'd have paid if it got broken. All in all a bad experience and I was very unhappy after leaving the store. I planned on doing some shopping after returning my items but she had me so shook by her rude behavior that I just left.

We went to return an online order to this location and the attendant was very rude about it saying things like "you should return your stuff through the mail because returning your apparel here makes it look like we're losing more than we're making". I get that sentiment, but if AE wants to charge for mail-in returns while giving the option of free returns in-store, then that's not something the employee should be bringing up. It was a terrible experience and the whole interaction was excessively rude.

I came into do a return. I was lectured about doing Arie returns in an AE store and eventually they are going to stop taking Arie returns and will have us go to Southtowne Arie store instead. I was then told how online shopping is taking away jobs from in store retail workers and why I didn't just return at UPS. It was a terrible experience and the employee helping me was extremely rude. This seems to be a common theme at this location!

Absolutely horrible experience… me and my boyfriend went to get the buy one get one 50% off deal, the girl that was checking us out was so rude making fun of my size and saying it was disgusting? never go to this store I was so miss treated..?

Poor policy would not let me bring my baby in the stroller into the handy cap room to try clothing on. Told me to leave my baby outside of the regular ones.
