The security is great. All the other reviews are correct. I started by paying $50 a month. Now $150 a month. Someone can have my spot soon. When it was $50 a month and raised to $100 I was not happyOf course. They sent a notice saying your rent will go up. But if you pay in advance. It will keep your current price of $50. So. I paid $1000 for 20 months. They accepted my money for 10 months. Terry Smith said he can not and will not honor the letter that he wrote. All in all I unknowingly paid for 10 months. The only thing that he would do is $129 a month. Thanks but no thanks. You already took 10 months away from me. Prepaid!!!

I called to get pricing for storage for a trailer I was buying. I was quoted $50/mo and I told him it would be about a month before I had the trailer. When I called back to get a spot they told me the price was $100/mo. The said "well yeah it was $50/mo but now its $100/mo". They would not honor their quote. I will not be doing business with someone who operates like this. I think they should be able to charge what they want but my problem is that if you quote someone a price, then you need to be a man of your word.

While I love the location, I signed a storage contract at an agreed upon rate and within one month into the agreement, they sent me notice that they had DOUBLED the rate. Needless to say, I was not happy. I would personally never run my business in that way. Oh and good luck ever getting somebody on the phone at this location.

I was really impressed with this rv/boat facility. It is conveniently located close to where I live so I can have quick access. Markus was very helpful and professional and they have great prices!
