I cannot find the words to describe how grateful I am for the service our family received at this store…especially from Carina!My husband and I had spent hours (8+) at the AT&T store in PG…where we had the worst customer service and they could not fix the issues with 3 of our phones.Carina and her team resolved the issues so quickly, treated us with respect and helped us with returning another phone. We will never go anywhere else ever again.THANK YOU!

I worked with Christian and Mike to port my number over from Verizon and trade in my old phone for a new one. Thats not a fun process, they were patient and personal. They had some pep in their step and some light in their eyes and it felt like they generally enjoyed their life, which is not always what you get when you work with someone in retail. So kudos to these folks for helping me solve some necessary evils and doing it in a way that didn’t make me want to slap anyone with a leather glove.

We had such a great experience today getting a phone upgrade and they also helped us file a service claim on another phone.Christian helped us, and he could not have been more friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with our old selves. We really appreciate his help.

This AT&T is worth the drive to pass any "authorized retailer" stores. We first went to a bon corporate store and they messed our account up pretty bad. Thanks to Lance and the team at the Lehi store we are fixed and happy with our AT&T services again.

I had gone in around a month ago wanting information on how to trade my phone in to get a newer one and Jesus answered all my questions and helped get everything sorted out. I had gone in yesterday and he remembered me and the whole situation that had happened a month prior. He helped me get the new iPhone and get warranties on my screen protector and my phone. He did great explaining what the prices were and what everything was going to look like. Definitely deserve a raise! Thank you!

I had a very unique issue with being unable to access an account online. Lance took initiative and spent the extra time to resolve my issue. I’ve found that most places just toss the problem back at you. Lance was excellent because he solved the problem. Thank you!!!

Mike at AT&T was the most patient & kind employee! Our phone had so many problems and he carefully addressed each one. I would highly recommend he get a raise!

Do not do business here. For over 2 years now I have had to prove my trade ins were turned in back in 2021 and argue the credit on my bill. Every month I keep getting told by att that the credits are applied. The credits they have applied equal to half of the amount that we were told we would get for our trade ins. Our bill with devices we were told would be $180, but for two years we have been paying $233 every single month. I’ve talked to att every month for two years and they give me the same run around.Also, surprise!!! If you try to leave ATT before 3 years, you lose the credit for your trades and have to pay full retail for the phones (and you don’t get your trade ins back). They say it is “no contract” but penalize you if you want to leave before 3 years is up. Counting down the months until I can ditch their scam. The original sales guy was way off on every aspect of the deal and we can’t believe how all of this has ended up.Leaving this review because we purchased right before Christmas two years ago from this store and it’s been hell ever since.

I was having major problems with my ICloud. I'm not techie; the Lehi store had installed ICloud for me a few years ago on my AT&T cell phone, but someone there told that AT&T doesn't work on iCloud and that it's an Apple store I needed. After an hour on the phone with Apple, they said they wouldn't help me because I'm not on Mac. After a wasted morning of hours of trying to get help, I happened to go the Lehi AT&T store for a different issue, my VM was not working. The store Manager, Seth Wegesend-Ako, greeted me and said he'd be happy to help with my voicemail problem. He asked me how my day was going and I told him about the nightmare of run-arounds I'd been given regarding ICloud. He said he'd be happy to take a look at it. Not only was he unbelievably polite and went that extra step to help a longtime AT&T customer (I've been with AT&T since cell phones were invented!), he actually fixed the ICloud problem, even though it technically was not an AT&T product. He also fixed my voicemail and even helped me with a GoogleMaps issue. I cannot express my appreciation for this incredible young man. Thank you, Seth, you restored my waning faith in customer service, courtesy and civility.

Employee that helped me had a pretty passive aggressive attitude, didn’t really feel comfortable. Plus had to wait 15 minutes until someone else showed up because there was only one employee on the show room seemed like he just wanted me out of the store as quick as possible couldn’t get his name because his tag was flipped upside down
