Best experience!! No one could figure out why our new phone stopped working! Two different stores and Joe did!! He went above and beyond with discounts, and called to let me know he tried for more. Never will go anywhere else!!!

Walked in with a phone having data and cellular issues. After working with Nate the retail sales consultant. He was able to solve my problem within a matter of minutes and was able to walk out the store with a new iPhone 16 pro upgrade for under $90 bucks. Great service and great deal. Thank you Nate and thank you AT&T.

I had an issue with my service that I've been dealing with for over a month with the help desk online. I finally was fed enough to go in person and I was lucky that I to work with the manager and he was so kind and I think very likely solved my problem. Time will tell, but he gave me next steps if it doesn't work. Great service. I was very impressed.

Jordy will add things to your account and say she is saving you money. Don’t be fooled by all the positive reviews. Her management doesn’t seem to have any intention of stopping it so I’d recommend visiting any other store in the area

Beware of Fraud!!! The only reason I gave this location one star is because zero stars isn’t an option. I went in and a girl named Jordy “helped” me and my nephew to add his phone and watch to our family line. She seemed so helpful and knowledgable with AT&T services. She looked over our bill and told us that if we added a “dormant line” to our plan then our account qualifies to be a business line and our bill would be almost half of what we were paying. She seemed to know the ins and outs and was acting like she knew of a loophole and was able to save customers so much money. Even at one point she said “You are “lucky” you came into our location and I was working because this will save you so much.” Besides adding the unnecessary dormant line to just sit on our account for us to pay $70 each month for, she added insurances to each line even though we already had insurance that covers all of our lines, she put a watch on a line by itself so instead of being $10 a month it was $75. The next month our bill was $400 higher instead of being $200 lower like she told us it was going to be. I spent hours on the phone with customer service, even went into a different location in Draper and was told they didn’t have access to billing, and the only way to take care of it by calling customer service. I finally went into the other Lehi location and was helped by a lady named Carina and a guy named Lance with in 15min they saw that she inflated our bill to make her commissions higher. They said they have had other customers come in with the same complaints. They even asked if I was helped by Jordy before looking up who I had worked with us that day. That is how often she is doing this to customers. She was an absolute fraud. This made me feel so violated!! I trusted what she was saying, since I was at an AT&T location working with a AT&T employee who said she knew what she is doing, I trusted that she was actually doing what she said she was doing and was there to help. I wasn’t even there to discuss my bill, I was just planning on adding a line. This isn’t a corporate location so I guess they aren’t expected to play by the rules. But Fraud is Fraud, AT&T needs to put an end to this.

The door was locked in the middle of the afternoon on a Tuesday. Once they let us in, they seemed pretty dismissive. Also, apparently they have a bug infestation? They were talking about that a lot.

The girl inside totally lied and messed up my account. She told me it would be the same price, but when I got home I saw 2 extra lines that I didn't need or ask for.
Also they added an incorrect discount to my account and insurance on a multiple lines. Make very sure you get what you ask for when you go here

I loved my experience at this location! I was stuck on deciding which plan would be best for me so I decided it would be best to speak to someone. I went in and was immediately greeted by Jordy who was so kind and knowledgeable the whole time! I was able to get on a new plan that works great for me. Super happy with my experience and I recommend that anyone who goes in asks for Jordy!
