I wish I could give my experience 10 stars! I came in a couple of months ago and left not feeling I had solutions. I came back today, and Louie assisted me. He is AMAZING!! Truly an asset to this location!! He listened to what I was looking for, for my business needs and offered me multiple solutions and let me have the final decision. I felt at ease with him the whole way! I also wanted to change something on my current plan and he walked me through calling corporate to accomplish that and made the process 10x’s easier for me! Tony came in as a great manager as well! They are a good team!! I will definitely return to this location anytime I have needs or questions! You will be happy coming here for your AT&T needs!! Thank you Louie and Tony!! ?

Absolutely the worst customer service on the planet. Instead of trying to help a frustrated customer with a problem, they attacked saying it’s not my job to help you. He said… “you have to call customer service” I told I had and they suggested I come to the store. He said, “not my job, get out of my store.” His sidekick was worse. He said, “because you came in here frustrated, I’m not going to help you at all!” I’ve been into this store before and thought maybe these two had a bad day. Nope, that’s who they are. Unless you want to buy something, it’s not their job. For all that is holy, do not use this store. I went in with the same issue and frustration to another att store and they were kind, polite, and very helpful.

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. My daughter and her husband are in dire straights financially. They called to see if they could get some help lowering their $200 a month cell phone bill.Whomever they spoke to told them to do several things, that made no sense, but my daughter being desperate, did what they told them to do.They just received the new bill and it has gone up to $300. My daughter called to figure out what was going on and the person she talked to was extremely condescending and petty. When my daughter asked for the manager the person told her the manager wasn't there, then in a snotty way told my daughter to "have a lovely day."HOW CAN SHE HAVE A "LOVELY DAY" WHEN THEIR CELL PHONE BILL IS HALF OF WHAT THEY MAKE IN A MONTH?!AT&T - YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!

THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY. They are preying on those who are poor.My husband and I went to go lower our bill since we really struggling. It was around $200. When we got there they said that we can get a teacher discount since my sister is a teacher! So we gave them her email and they said she'd have to set it up and we're good to go. She never got the email so she could never set it up....oh and it gets worse. They scammed us into adding 2 more lines at "no cost". The guy said it would lower our bill even more and we could use them in the future. Anyways my husband received an email about what our new bill will be...it is now $300. My husband is going to school and has severe sleep apnea/central apnea so he can only manage a part time job right now. We make $1000 a month. Each paycheck is $500. Subtract the $300. We're not left with much. we have car payments, insurance, rent, gas bills, food to buy etc. We also have a daughter, who I take care of full time. We CANNOT AFFORD THIS. But of course this probably doesn't matter to them at all. At the end of the day all of these workers and managers only care about their money, their numbers, how many lines they add, even if it means their scamming people. My husband worked for AT&T for a brief time and he knew many co-workers who would put people on to the most expensive plan without their full consent. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS NUMBERS. They don't care about you as a customer. This whole company is shady and so are their workers. DO NOT TRUST THEM. All of the workers are swimming in their dirty money knowing that they are lying to and deceiving innocent people. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE BUSINESS. I'm genuinely saying this so you don't get scammed like me. What they are doing is WRONG.Update:My husband just looked more into all this with his app...and it turns out that the guy "helping us", put our new phone lines on premium, the most expensive plan, without us knowing and without our consent. Why would we want to have premium if we are broke and trying to lower our bill? Why would we want premium on phone lines we aren't even using right now?! How horrible and disgusting and deceitful. Your business practices are despicable.

I went into the store on July 1st to return my husbands phone since he left the country he was unable to do so. The store sold my husband a non-working phone and any attempt to contact ATT resulted in the same verification code request. How do you receive a code to a non-working phone?My biggest complaint was with the manager Tony. Tony witnessed the issues we were facing from the call with my husband, ATT customer service and myself. This call was on speaker phone and he heard the whole call. Jeff the salesman explained the details of the issue to Tony and admitted his mistake. Jeff also said, I made the mistake and we have an obligation to fix this. I asked Tony, what are you going to do for us and he said "Nothing" and walked away.The lack of customer service was unbelievable.To anyone reading this who cares to resolve this issue before July 26th @ 5pm you can refer to ATT Claim Case Reference Number - 00027807. If this is not resolved by then we will be filling a small claims court suit since we are unable to use this phone and we will not spend any more time in addition to the 9+ hours we've already spent trying to resolve this issue. This includes time in the store and my husbands setup time spent.We will consider editing / removing this review and my husbands review if this issue is resolved by the date above.At the moment, we are paying for a phone and service that he can't use.My husbands contact information is included in the ATT claim.

Dear Jeff,I extend my sincere appreciation to you for your dedicated assistance in the purchase of my phone. Your commitment to customer service is remarkable and truly deserving of a 5-star rating.However, I am compelled to express my deep concern about the serious issues I encountered at your store, under the management of Tony. It appears there are significant discrepancies in the operational protocol of the store that warrant immediate attention.Tony, as the store manager, appeared to be well aware of the distressing situation that unfolded but was regrettably unresponsive in remedying the issue. The circumstances suggest a possible deviation from the terms of our agreed contract, an issue that I am prepared to pursue legally if the situation is not resolved appropriately.Upon my return from my trip to Costa Rica, I plan to initiate a small claims lawsuit against both AT&T and Tony, given the lack of resolution and the inconvenience experienced.The crux of the matter is the defective eSIM of the phone sold to me. After spending approximately six hours in fruitless attempts to activate the phone, and additional time on the line with AT&T, my wife was tasked with returning the phone. Despite providing all necessary information to Tony and despite an admission of error on behalf of a sales representative, Tony declined to assist in the rectification of the issue. This refusal essentially traps us in a contract and disregards AT&T's 14-day return policy.The faulty eSIM renders me unable to log into my account or verify my identity through customer service since both these actions require a verification code sent to a non-functioning phone. This unfortunate situation presents an insurmountable obstacle and leaves us in a seemingly endless loop.When my wife asked “you are aware of the issue, we need to return the phone. What’s are you going to do for me the customer”? Tony responded “nothing”.This situation calls for immediate attention and resolution.
