You gotta love how people work these days. I’m sitting out front of batteries plus, posted hours are 8 AM. Employee comes strolling across the parking lot from McDonald’s at 8:05, then takes another 10 minutes to actually open the store. All the while I’m sitting out front and he nonchalantly ignores me.

Spoke to Evan twice today as he cancelled and rescheduled both appts. He was so completely and utterly unhelpful. He was unethical (constantly lied) about his appts and changed his story throughout the conversation. He said he had to cancel my appt be Aussie something came up both times. And eventually said he could t service my phone even though earlier in the day he had said he had everything he needed to fix my phone. He just called and said I had to look for a different company to work with. So unprofessional. I don’t understand how he has a business or job.

Jocelyn and Chris is store manager are great! They replace me car battery in few minutes. Also they will clean battery from corrosion for free. This store is now under new manager - Chris, and he working on bringing store to best. I believe he will do that. Very great workers is here now.

Awful place. Purchased a battery here for a trailer. Battery was low to the point it wouldn't power it. Called 15 minutes after purchasing and they told me in sol. Reccomended I buy another battery. Refused to do anything else. Also gave me the wrong size battery to begin with. Do yourself a favor and go to interstate battery. Weve had nothing but issues with this place and their awful customer service. Will be closing down our business account here.

My trailer 6V batteries were not working. They tested, cleaned and made sure they were in good condition. They were honest and helped with current batteries. Did not need buy new ones. Appreciated it.

My mom’s car broke down next to the store and we didn’t know what it was and an employee was coming back to work from lunch and saw us. He offered to help check our battery and got all his tools and stuff out to check it. He helped us another time a little bit later and gave us some more advice. We didn’t even end up buying anything from them but he was still really nice and helpful and we will definitely consider them for things in the future.

Thank you Chris could not have asked for better customer service - I had to replace a motorcycle battery he gave me several options explained the warranty and had suggested several things to help the life time of the battery - I will be returning for all my battery needs

I went in to get two little bulbs for a light and they we're way overpriced. I paid $13 for these two little bulbs where they were selling every place else for around $1 dollar. Next time I will have to price shop in advance but oh well my mistake.
