These guys are shady as hell! They are just awful and super rude. They are the towing company for our HOA and find any reason to tow a car and you just have to deal with it. Use someone else for your towing needs

I was parked overnight, and they towed my car with no warning. Other tow companies throw a warning sticker on your car,. Nope Not these guys.. I almost thought my car was stolen til I called these lowlives and found they took it lol. no sticker on the window, no 24 hours, just boom car gone. That's what makes me feel like this is a scummy company.Yes I was in the wrong, but the fact that I didn't get a warning sticker makes this company predatory. So take this as a warning by me instead, these guys will come get your car no remorse or morals. Cost me $430 bucksOther tow companies put a warning sticker on your car,. Give you some time ya know,. But Not these guys.. I swear I thought my car was stolen til I called these lowlives and found they took it lol. It doesn't seem normal to take a car so fast.. no warning sticker just boom car gone. Shady people, shady company..And to top it all off they're mean too.you can feel the scumminess radiate off the driver as you talk him. That's all I have to say about this company

I would never use this company. They towed our car after leaving it parked in front of a friends home. No signs in the street. When we called about it at 2:30 am they said normal business hours were 8-5 daily outside of that would be an extra $75. Turns out it was 8-5 Monday-Friday, extra $75, extra $40 per day, $40 for service fee whatever that means, 3% fee for credit card. To get the car was $424!!!!! Absolutely the biggest scam I have seen in a long time. Would not recommend using them.

I parked my car on the street overnight, and woke up to it gone. Terrible way to start my day, as I had multiple things to do, and I was very busy. Let me start by saying there was no signs where I parked, and there was only one located at the entrance with very small print. Not only this, we then called and got told that it was going to cost $400 or even more if paid with card. Then after canceling my very busy schedule as previously mentioned we get there only for our calls to be ignored for 30 minutes while we waited in this very sketch office building parking lot, very unprofessional. Then once the guy finally arrived, he led us down into the bunker of the building which wasn't even finished. Then we asked him to explain to us all the fees, and we were greeted with bs. Storage fee?!? Admin fee?!? Supercharge fee?!? Afterhours fee?!? Then he proceeded to complain to us as we payed 100 in 5's. We were then led back out of the dungeon to the back lot. As we walked to the car he laughed as he was holding his vape. Then to top it all off a swarm of bees started attacking me as I got into my car, as if this wasn't already a hassle. Now we know why it is called Beehive Towing.

Waited here for over TWO hours, was asked to wait outside in the pouring rain. Josh came and said no more than a few sentences and then sat in the office for hours. He said there was no paper work done and left us waiting with no more information. (If you towed it don’t you think you should also have the paperwork so we can pick it up?!). Charged us $393 dollars for it. We were towed because we parked in a visitor parking spot of the place we live in, mind you we also have a parking pass for the community in our vehicle. Towed it 2 minutes after midnight so they could charge us weekend rates. Did not resonate with us over price when they had us there for two hours and charged us for parking in our place of residence. Beehive towing is rude and very unprofessional. Highly recommend giving them a mouthful when they tow you. Very much a bunch of predatory A$$holes.

Trying to be level-headed about this but, any tow company that sees a vehicle with multiple car seats in it should never consider towing it. Especially if it’s legally parked. These people are low-life predatory mooch-wads.My wife was left with our 2 babies and no vehicle or car seats. And she was legally parked. She called and they had the driver bring it back but not before they charged us a “drop fee” after taking her legally parked vehicle with a permit. They deserve to go out of business or at least a high-tension wedgie or something

They didn’t have change for when I paid in cash and then if you pay in card it’s a 3% charge. It’s a catch-22. No real business should deal cash and not have change.Service: Car towing

The ball joint broke on our way to church on a Sunday morning. The car was in the middle of the road. Beehive towing was great! They took care of the problem so I was able to get to my Sunday church services where my son was a speaker. They were a life saver!

Drop off a Lyft rider and was helping with a couple of her bags while she put her toddlers in bed. Saw the tow as we were driving into her neighborhood, didn't think anything of it. Two minutes into helping dropping off some bags and returning for more, the tow had already backed up and was working on the front tires. Apparently you can't park on the street after a certain time, even if your car is running and helping a client with her bags. Driver then proceeded to try and charge me ninety dollars to unhook the car. The rider even came out and tried to explain what was happening. The driver wouldn't budge. Finally the Police were called. They could see that I was working and missed out on some rides before my app kicked me out of availability. The car was dropped and the driver laughed and said I was lucky tonight. I didn't get his name as it was dark. I feel bad the the rider woke up a few of her neighbors. Bad form Beehive Towing, bad form.

My car was towed on a street that had no towing signage on it. I had to fight with the guy to have someone release the car to me because no one was working in the office at noon. I paid $345 to get it back.Even after my experience I somehow felt even worse for their employees. They work in a cellar. We had to walk through the cellar doors to speak with someone.Service: Car towing
