“I did a prime rib class here with a friend. It was a very positive and informative experience. Will and Shad were so great through the evening. They answered every question thoroughly, never rushing the class. The prime rib information was very useful. Additionally, the information we got about the beef they use, handling different meats at home, and general prep was very helpful. It is good to know that the beef in both the Lehi and Provo locations comes from their own ranch and it's all processed, aged, and packed by them. I don't have any experience buying from them at this point, but I do plan on it now. The class was definitely worth it! Thank you!”

“These guys were awesome this year. Had both a deer and a cow elk processed here. Deer i brought in whole, and primarily did country sausage and jerky with the entire deer outside of some loin steaks. Got a good amount back and only took a couple weeks. My cow took about a week and a half, brought in quartered along with backstraps and loins. Got 3 big bags of meat back. Absolutely no complaints from either processing. Will continue to go here next year as well.”
