on November 27th I purchased a pair of pajamas online to be delivered to the Lehi store. On the 29th I received an email saying that my purchase was ready to be picked up. I went on the 30th and they couldn't find it, so the manager made an online purchase on her computer and said it would be delivered to my house at no cost. The purchase is not linked to my account, and now I cannot track the purchase, there is no update and I honestly think it will not be delivered. I already spent two hours today talking to customer service and they also couldn't find tracking updates for my purchase. I tried to buy again online, but everything is out of stock. I went again on Saturday, December 7th and the manager was super rude to me. The attendant was super kind and tried to help me, but they still couldn't find my purchase in the store. My whole family has the same pajamas, except me. Christmas is coming and we just wanted to wear our matching pajamas. Customer service also tried to help me, but they gave me the number of another store super far away to see if they have the same pajama on my size. I called them and they can only hold the order for 1 hour. It's frustrating to see that no one is able to help me with my situation, as the store says that only costumer service can help me and when I call them, they say they can't do anything! I only want to know where my order is.

All of my kids are grown, so I don’t shop here. However, my daughter was offered a job here and was told for two days that she would receive the offer email, only to never receive it. When my daughter called the manager and asked her when she was going to resend the email, she was met with a combative and very unprofessional, disrespectful attitude from the manager, Michelle.
My jaw was on the floor, hearing how this grown woman was talking to a teenager, and she kept claiming that my daughter had received the email despite having not. She was rude and dismissive, and basically hung up on my daughter at the end of the call. Needless to say, I will not be allowing my daughter to work for a company who’s OK with hiring such unprofessional and disrespectful people in leadership roles. What happened to adults being role models?

A really helpful staff name Tiffany helped my mom, she was really impressed. My mom is a 75 yr old lady who came in to buy clothes for my kids as a gift, she has issues with walking, and Tiffany held her hands and help her pick out the clothes. My mom was really impressed of how hardworking, beautiful and gentle she is and also kind. ❤️
I’d love for Carters corporate to recognise the work Tiffany has done and we wish her the best.

Really great customer service and great prices on the seasonal clothing. The check out line was fantastic because because they have a built in educational/sensory puzzle, which entertained my 1 year old. It’s THOSE small things that make the trip a somewhat enjoyable experience.

Went and spent over $50 in clothing and used my Carter’s credit card which is easy to use. I found some cute clothes for great deals plus clearance. I went home and noticed an email from Carter’s about a promotion for the next day for a free Easter gift bundle with purchase of $50+ , I called the store asking if I could show my receipt and the employee/manager Brandy said she could do that. She was so kind to me to allow the “return” and buy just to get the free gift. They have my business. Brandy was amazing!

I’m not going to lie. I’m a little annoyed. After standing In line to get my pickup order for 10 minutes. I finally noticed that there is a “pst skip the line for online orders). So I left my spot and told the cashier that I had a pickup order. She said “okay” started checking out 3 more people and ignored the fact that I was standing there waiting for her to just grab my order. Mind you there were a couple people in line, but it really irritated me that there is a sign that means nothing to the associates.

We went in looking for baby clothes and one of the workers, Michelle, was very rude to us, three different people she offended. She had no customer care. I have never felt so unwelcome in a store before. So rude we decided to leave. We will not be coming back ever. If you hire people like that and they treat your customers bad, you’re going to lose customers.

Carter's has been my go-to source for newborn nightgowns (the best!) And other baby essentials for 31 years, starting with my own kiddos, and now my grandbabies. I breathe a sigh of relief whenever I see the store still open and thriving. They do 100% cotton on so many items, and have fun and classy cute designs. I can't say enough about the quality--A timeless, fabulousvalue!
