I have become distrustful of auto shops overall after several bad experiences. My son wrecked my van and I had to get it repaired. After going back and forth with Unique Auto Body and being disappointed in their inability to give me an actual quote, I tried Collision. They fixed my van for the quoted amount and within the time frame quoted. When I got my van back, a bunch of check engine and warning lights were on. I took it back in and they told me it was the battery. They walked me across the street to an auto parts store, helped me pick out a battery, and installed it in my van for no charge. I couldn’t believe how kind and accommodating they were and it was by no fault of their own that my battery was bad. It was just a kind service they did for me. They helped restore my faith in car repair shops.

I always come here to have body work done on my car after I've been in an accident. I've been rear-ended so many times that we're practically on a first name basis. My only complaint is that Cascade Collision can't or won't remove the bulls eye target on my car.

Repairs were done well and in a timely manner. Communication was great. Problem: someone at the repair shop broke my windshield without reporting it, as well as drove my truck for miles and ran my gas down to critically low; I barely made it to the gas station to refuel! They did promptly replace my windshield the next day at no expense to me.

Cascade had my truck for 6 weeks which seems very excessive. Then when it was promised it wasn’t ready and nobody even bothered to let me know when it was ready. I had to call after several days and the response was oh if you want to pick it up later today we will wash it??? Unacceptable

Beware of Cascade Collision!
We had a terrible experience with Cascade Collision. They overcharged us for repairs on our car. When we first drove at night and used the headlights, we realized something wasn’t repaired correctly. We called them, and they initially said they would fix it. However, when we brought the car in, they refused to make the necessary repairs. We had already paid $3,000 for the initial repairs, but the problem persisted. We ended up spending an additional $1,000 at the dealership to fix the issue properly.
Cascade Collision's work is not only subpar but their customer service is dishonest and untrustworthy. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

I was initially very impressed with the customer service at Cascade Collision Repair in Lehi, Utah. Their team has excellent processes in place to keep customers informed throughout the entire repair process, which is the best I’ve experienced in the industry.
However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I picked up my vehicle. The car was returned to me dirty, making it difficult to inspect the quality of the work. After washing the car myself, I noticed the paint felt rough, and the windshield appeared dirty. Unfortunately, it became clear that they hadn’t masked off the car properly during the repair, leading to clear coat overspray on most of the vehicle.
While they have agreed to fix the issue, it means I’ll have to leave my car with them again. This situation is unfortunate because, despite what seemed to be a thorough repair process, the final delivery has left me feeling frustrated and questioning whether corners were cut elsewhere.

Took my car in after we were rear ended by another driver. Responsible party insurance coordinated a lot of it and payment. I was very happy with the work that Cascade Collision did on my car, looks great.

What impressed me most were there employees. Kyleigh did the estimate and was helpful and answered my questions and followup about my van status. Alex- Detailer/ Shouffer took me home when dropped off my Van. He told me how well the employees were treated and he had very positive things to say about his experience there. That is the kind of company I want to deal with.
