We have always enjoyed every experience at this branch. Today we had to meet with a Banker and we were paired with Ethan, who was an absolute delight. My husband is the primary on his business and Ethan was so kind and patient, walking him through every step of the way. I adore Ethan and wish more professionals were as delightful, kind, patient, knowledgeable and informative. I appreciate our time there. I was so busy with work and didn’t want to be there. But nothing skipped a beat or was left unknown, thanks to Ethan! Great work!!! Thank you Chase, Traverse location & Ethan!!!

We walked in and asked to see if could sit down with an agent so my husband and I could open a joint bank account. This nice female bank teller, whose name shall remain unmentioned, goes to see if there’s someone available and then comes back and, in order to make sure we have the required documentation, asks if we are US citizens. Why not ask if we have the required documents and stop right there? If we had been white, blonde, blue eyed, would she have asked if we were US citizens? We were deeply concerned about the way she handled things, fourth and fifth amendments of the constitution being violated right there just because she racially profiled us, two young latino men; she herself being latino. We decided to not be rude, because she was, after all, very polite and nice, and was probably acting following instructions, instructions that probably came to them after so much craziness about immigration stuff thanks to Trump. So I rather blame him.
I would have given this place a 1 start if it wasn’t for Ethan. He took great care of us and had us ready to go quickly and efficiently. He was very professional, nice, and helpful. Make him the manager.
If you’re reading this and wondering if we are US citizens… I am, and I am in the US Army, I am willing to die for this Great Nation, and it saddens me that we are living in this difficult times where immigrants are being treated like this and worse. My husband, soon to be a US Permanent Resident, is here lawfully as well. He took it worse than me. Because he is sick of being racially profiled. And He is still offended and concerned about the situation. Come on Chase, be better towards immigrants.

People don’t get off work until 5:00. But they close at 5:00. How the hell am I supposed get there before they close. This is a known problem here. Change your hours.

The Lehi location off of Main St has a friendlier and more knowledgeable staff. Go there instead. It's worth the investment.

My husband was a victim of identity theft and we just filed a blotter report at Lehi Police and FBI recently. My husband was out of the country when someone had accessed on his Chase Bank online banking and transferred all of his savings to an unrecognized checkings account. When we reported this to the bank then it was found out that there was a name Larraine Diaz from California who was joined to his bank account then took all of his money. We were disappointed how the bank were able to let this woman joined account easily without proper verification. My husband’s Chase bank account was opened in Utah state through his company and it is very suspicious that a strange woman named LARRAINE DIAZ was accepted to join his bank account without my husband’s knowledge. My husband talked to Juan Gonzalez who assisted us with this case. He was indeed a good help.
Today, November 14, 2022 around 14:30H, Me and my husband went to Traverse Mountain Lehi branch and spoke to Ashley who really did a great job in helping us solve our issues and answered some of our inquiries. All the employees we have met in this branch are all professionals. I would say my favorite is Ashley who attended us in a very timely manner and very customer-service oriented. Your service is excellent to customers when their time is being valued.
Also I didn’t like in Chase bank is the customer support service that took forever to answer our call and even transferred us multiple times because they are not the right person to talk to. This was a call on November 14, 2022 at 14:10H Then at 11:37am with a call duration of 55 minutes it was also disappointing that we have experienced the same then even talked to a customer support named Jana who just hanged us up and never helped us. It was my husband’s money and every customer has right to know what is going on with their money. Heidi was the only customer support that I remembered who was kind on the phone and knowledgeable.
Banks do not have products to sell but services only. Customers/investors keeps coming back because of the good service and never a bad service. If your service is bad then you are pushing customers away and they will invest their money instead to other banks whom they can put their trust instead.
