I'm giving Coach Outlet 5 stars solely because of how amazing the employee Grace was. She was friendly, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable—without ever being pushy. Grace struck the perfect balance of offering assistance while letting me browse comfortably. She's exactly the kind of person you want by your side when picking out your next bag. This store offers a good selection of Coach items which are always high quality at discounted prices. I really appreciate the staff, they are always so helpful at this location. Last visit, I was helped by Cole Gagle - he was amazing, helping me to find what I needed and getting me a replacement bag in the style I love. I'll continue to shop at this store because of the excellent customer service, thank you!

When I first walked in, I was greeted by about three different employees that were standing around. I wasn’t sure if they were security or what their role was. At first, I thought they were loss prevention and it seemed like they were watching me, but then when I went to ring up my item, the cashier asked if anybody had helped me. That’s when I told myself they must’ve been trying to help for some kind of commission. If that was what they were doing then maybe they could back off a little and not have so many people confront me as I walk in the door.
They had a military discount, but it didn’t list the veterans as one of the options. The cashier asked for an ID so I assume that veterans would not get the 10% discount.
They were pretty well stocked, there was a lot of staff on hand, and at least the cashier was pretty nice.

Theres no reason for the employees here to be racially profiling. They were standoffish towards my friend, who is a black woman, from the jump and then have the alarm go off and they stop her and not the white man she walked out with nor checked his bag? Said he was fine and pulled her in when she came for a pick up order ???????? I expect ya’ll to do a grand welcoming next time she steps in your presence and do better.

Cole did a great phenomenal job at assisting me. Most other higher end places in the shopping center didn't really help me, most likely because I was dressed down and looked like a hot mess. Not only did Cole greet me, he showed me several options that would fit my needs. Will be back in the future just because of him.

I had the best experience at this store this week! I am so thankful to the Manager of the store for helping me find my favorite bag of all time, they stop making it but she show me a way to find it other places might sell it and was able to get my favorite coach bag for my birthday due to the kindness and outstanding customer service she provided to me! This team is truly amazing and go the extra mile for outstanding customer service! So grateful to this team and most of all the store manager for her help! Will be buying all my items from this location going forward!
