Love the food but they wiped out their app and all the points earned. Been working through a third party trying to solve and they don’t seem motivated to do anything about it. Seems kind of dishonest to just eliminate points you’ve earned by saying you have a “new app”. **Update - Costa Vida customer service got involved and went above and beyond to make it right. Struggle is with the app vendor, not Costa.**

Had Costa catered for an event and it turned out perfect. They worked with me on all of the details and it was on time and just delicious. 5/5 i would recommend using costa to cater anytime

Great place to eat! If I have any bad experiences the people are more than willing to make up for it. Their Pork Burritos are so good. The red sauce could be better but overall 10/10

Provo Costa Vida (CV @ 1200 N. University): Altho' I have enjoyed great food and good service (from an Orem CV) on a catered event in the past, this week's was a HUGE problem. Lunch for 32 folks: Arrived *45* minutes after the promised arrival time; food ready *30* minutes after the promised time. Food not warm at all; a few "dead" lettuce leaves in the salad. Reported all this to the unit early the next morning. Now 3 days since and no response! CV: I have sung your praises in the past; NOT NOW

This place is the worst food look at the food before you eat it BEWARE. I wouldn't feed this to my child or dog or any human unless you want to get sick. We ate 12-9-22. We had a disgusting surprise HAIR in the rice and bland old food. Obviously the hair wasn't mine it was blonde and long I showed it to the manager he did a POOr job on compensating us. We should have received a refund since we threw the food in the trash bin after finding out. We gave them one chance they f..ked it up. We won't ever ear there again!

The board with prices is misleading. It seems like meat prices are part of the costs listed for meals. (How often do folks buy a meal from Costa Vida without meat?) But they aren't.Also, the meals I at least bought weren't sizable and the rice at least in mine was physically hard because it was stale.

I used to be a worker for costa Vida, and the lack of professionalism go to the corparate office. Everytime I call in they tell me quit calling, and I tried to make a complaint they wouldn’t help me. The worst company I every worked for hands down!!!

I placed a to go order on 3/17 for my family. When I got home I was missing one of the meals I ordered. I've called three times and left messages, been told a manager will call me within two to three days (two weeks ago) and sent several email requests and no one will help me. Hands down worst customer service I've experienced from place of business ever.

Size of portion has sunk to 1/3 of size six months ago, food just thrown together, pinto beans all liquid and poured in burrito or salad and make soupy mess.

This is the home office. It's awesome, well laid out and adheres to the Google-esque 'open interaction' vibe with a few huddle rooms scattered throughout. Ping pong, shuffle sand-board and a couple other amenities lend an air of professional playfulness. And, the people are top quality.

Your pick up services is hands down the worst pick up service in the industry. No instructions on the website. No instructions on the front door. No instructions when you walk into the store to pick up. Impatient service providers when questions are asked. Gestures and pointing in vague areas of a store, without any posted instructions simply result in confusion and frustration by all persons involved. I wont call and ask for a manager because if it really mattered they would ensure it was done correctly the first time. Just close the stores until you guys can get this right and train staff to be safe.

I used to work for this company, great place but I quit because I could no longer afford to pay my bills on time because of change in pay roll. I called the support center yesterday morning, because I need to get pay stubs in order to prevent the dealership from taking my car. They then sent me employment eligibility documents, which are not valid at any bank. I’m 18, a first time buyer with no credit, thanks to the lack of effort received from this company I’ve lost my car. Worst experience as an employee, consistently let down by changes made by corporate, as well as the after math.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve been to different locations previously and brought my fiancée today, he had never been and I knew he would love it. The two females working were absolutely horrible- completely rude, never once made eye contact or greeted us, disrespectful and had an attitude the whole time. He ordered the two enchilada plate, they made him one and he nicely asked “does it come with two or just one? I had thought it was two on the menu.” One of the girls working said “you wanted two not one?” And he said “yes if that’s what it comes with” (mind you he’s never been there, he doesn’t know) and she extremely loud, rudely, and dramatically says “well I can’t open the enchilada back up I have to start your entire order over” as the other girl under her breath says “he said he wanted one” (which wasn’t true, she never asked him). The first girl then proceeds to THROW the tray of food down, throw the pan onto the oven to start the new shrimp. And at this point we told them we were leaving and to forget it. I was very excited to show him this place I used to frequently visit and had loved so much and we had the worst public dining experience we’ve ever had. We will not be returning ever again.
