I love this Costco pharmacy! They are always helpful and willing to answer questions. They go above and beyond to try to get me the best price with various coupons or member discounts. Even with no drive-thru and being closed on Sunday, I stay with them because they are fast and efficient and helpful. I highly recommend them!

I travel full-time for work. In the last 3 years, I've had to pick up my prescriptions in 26 states. I've never had a problem. This pharmacy refused to fill my out-of-state prescription, insinuating that I was trying to do something illegal(??) by requesting to have it filled in Utah. I submitted the same prescription to a different Costco pharmacy and they filled it, no problem. Unfortunately, this pharmacy seems to be staffed by Puritans stuck in the wrong era. Happy to never give them any business.

They are great. They make extra calls to insurance to figure things out and contact the Dr office and help me. Sometimes medical coverage is a fight but they help where they can

I'll give them 2 stars because they are nice, and I like the text updates. BUT there is a medication I have that is a controlled substance, and Costco is terrible at keeping it in stock, terrible at notifying me when they do have it in stock, and then telling me I just have to call every day until is in stock, then call my doctor to put in the prescription. It is a ginormous pain in the Charlie horse to get this medication and Costco makes it soooo much harder.

Just want to show some extra gratitude to all the pharmacists, nurses, and technicians here. They're a busy group, but they've provided great customer service to my husband and me through the years. I wish I could name this one woman (tall with short hair) who is a total rockstar here! She's always SO SWEET to my little boy when he's with me. I'll never forget one morning they were short on staff, and she was JUGGLING SO MUCH that morning. She was still so pleasant despite the stress she was experiencing and still managed to serve my order promptly.
Despite pharmacies being busy places, I'm grateful for the effort from those who serve there and will be better at showing my gratitude for them.

I called in today with a question and Andrea took down my information and said she would call me back. Honestly, I didn't expect a call back because I know that they get busy or people forget but she did! She called me back with the information I needed and was just awesome. Lately I feel that customer service has gone down a lot but Andrea restored my faith.

They don't trust their members. Walk up to the self checkout and if you're young they will go out of their way to ask for your Costco ID card with the bs "I'll scan your card for you". Why do I waste my money with these fools who want to go woke. Sam's club is the better choice now

The Lehi Costco manager Jody is not very nice to employees, customers and vendors. I don't understand how Costco wants this kind of manager.

Not very impressed with Lehi Costco Pharmacy. Every time I go to pick up a prescription I'm met with a lot of questions from the pharmacist and staff. Let me get this straight, the doctors write the order, the pharmacist fills the order. Am I wrong?

Why would someone not give Costco 5 stars? Half the stuff I own is from here! Costco's determine where I can and cannot live. 15 min away Max!
