Ordered some cookies for my family for V-day. Waited all day for them to get home to see them and eat them and found out they sent me all the wrong cookies. I called to tell them and all I got was a girl laughing and saying “well I don’t know what happen, thanks for calling to tell us.” Very disappointed and bummed.

The app and DoorDash had some issues with an order I placed, and Nicole at the Lehi store was so incredibly helpful, empathetic, and kind in resolving it all!!! So very appreciated. Customer service a 10/10 and the cookies are always delicious!!
