Whether intentional or unintentional, I still don't know, but the Eddie Bauer sales clerk ran our gift card of $75, and then said that it didn't work. We clearly saw the total on the register go down by $75. She then ran the card again, and said it had a zero balance. Go figure. We didn't understand what was happening, so we paid the full amount, and left the store.
We contacted customer service, but they wouldn't take our complaint seriously, and after several attempts to get them to look at this, I have given up. Likely I will never shop Eddie Bauer again.

The manager helped me exchange an online gift for an odd size they don’t have on hand. Super helpful!! All I have to do is wait for the shipment to my house. They work so well with their online store, pretty seamless.

Returned a gift from someone else. Employee returned the funds back to card despite me requesting in store credit. Employee was unapologetic and apathetic towards the situation and understood it wasn't our card.
Poor service and very unlikely we will return.

The employees are incredibly helpful at this store! Amber kindly spent 30+ minutes helping me find the right coat and did not pressure me at all in buying it. Will patiently helped me with what seemed like a mountain of online returns. It felt like these employees cared about making it a great experience for me. This was my first coat purchase at Eddie Bauer, and I will definitely return again.

Ms. Wiser -District Manager SPARC Group: I want to give an AMAZING SHOUT OUT to MS DAWN- manager of the Eddie Bauer Outlet- in Lehi. I came in to swap for a larger size and Ms Dawn was so patient and helpful; even when issues arose because of technical difficulties (no fault of hers) with the new POS system. Also the store looks clean and organized as always because of her. Special thanks from one of your loyal customers who depends on your “tall” sizes. Thanks again Dawn, you’re great!

I've never shopped at Eddie Bauer before but I actually really liked it. I got some really nice, comfortable staple pieces here. Some nice jeans and leggings and some good simple shirts.
