“Absolutely outstanding customer service! I stopped by Batteries Plus this afternoon because I needed to replace the 12-volt battery in my Tesla. Due to liability, they weren’t able to install the battery located in the frunk, but that didn’t stop them from helping me. They pulled up a video, walked me through the entire process step by step, and made sure I knew exactly what to do.
Everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and positive. They easily could have just sold me the battery and sent me on my way, but instead, they went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident installing it myself. I was genuinely impressed by how much they cared and how willing they were to help. This is the kind of customer service that earns loyal customers. I will absolutely be going back!”

“Braden was amazing! We had an insurance claim appointment last week and they didn’t have the battery needed to fix our phone. The battery arrived and we rescheduled for today. We arrive and our claim was no longer in the system. Braden took care of us making sure the problem's with our phone were fixed. The phone was fixed before the time they estimated it to be completed by. 100% recommend.”
