“Absolutely outstanding customer service! I stopped by Batteries Plus this afternoon because I needed to replace the 12-volt battery in my Tesla. Due to liability, they weren’t able to install the battery located in the frunk, but that didn’t stop them from helping me. They pulled up a video, walked me through the entire process step by step, and made sure I knew exactly what to do. Everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and positive. They easily could have just sold me the battery and sent me on my way, but instead, they went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident installing it myself. I was genuinely impressed by how much they cared and how willing they were to help. This is the kind of customer service that earns loyal customers. I will absolutely be going back!”

“I highly recommend FixMy for all of your electronic repair needs!! I work in West Jordan Utah for a skilled and long term care facility and I have used FixMy multiple times for repairs on electronics for my residents and for my staff. They have fixed computers and phones for us. Every time the service is quick and excellent quality and the best part, fairly priced. I have never had to return to have the same device looked at.”

“Yeah…this guy is the one I’ll ALWAYS print tshirts with. He is absolutely amazing and took our order last minute, stayed late to finish it up for our deadline, and it looked INCREDIBLE. Recommending this guy everywhere!”

“My key fob was not working, and Nieland took extra care to repair a small internal piece that had broken off. No charge. What a happy visit that was. Thanks, Nieland.”
