I've been going to this salon for over a decade and I can't find a better place to get a pedicure! They don't give you a book that you have to pick out what kind of pedicure you're going to get and all the different prices. You get one kind of pedicure....the best, the whole works and everything it should come with like hot wax...ect. for 1 price! Also I always know who will be doing my pedicure because only the owners Kim, her husband and sometimes her daughter works there. Not a bunch of random people. They are a very kind, detailed, family business. And they've always be kind and great to me. Plus the only people who can take care of my ingrown toenails!

I’ve always had a great experience here, they take their time, give a great leg massage, paraffin wax and have great colors to pick from. Call ahead to make sure you can get in.

Today I went with my sister-in-law to get our nails done because I’m going to a Taylor Swift concert this weekend. I work as a nurse, and have two weeks off work and have the opportunity to wear acrylics, so I wanted to take it vantage of it. It was only us two in the salon. A man helped me at first and he was so rough with the Dremel, it burned the top of my nails. When he went to apply the acrylics, hr glued every single one of the tips of my fingers to the acrylic. When I mentioned they were glued, he attempted to get it unstuck on one hand, then stopped. I had mentioned that there was still quite a bit of glue, and without saying anything he got out the acrylic remover clipped the acrylic with an attitude and removed the acrylic by shoving my hands into the remover. I had no idea what he was putting my hands into, and I have very sensitive hands due to eczema and frequent hand washing in my occupation, so I have to be careful with chemicals. A lady took over. She did a really good job trying to fix what he had left. There was quite a bit of glue left over even after using the remover and filing. When filing my nails she cut into three different fingers with the nail file and made me bleed. I was in tears not only were my fingers hurting, but I am not a person to say something is bothering me, or is wrong. That really upset me. I was really hoping for a good experience only being able to wear beautiful nails for a couple weeks. On top of it all, I still got charged the full $55 for the set. I will not be going back.

I do my nails to pamper myself, but all three times I've used Europe nails I have felt restricted and resistance instead of pampering. Kim (the owner) seems irritated, annoyed, and very uninterested in the basics of human connection. \\\"You get what you get and you don't throw a fit\\\" seems like a theme here - if you want changes, to alter the shape or a look of a nail, expect to be met with resistance and annoyance. This salon offers cheap nails, and a CHEAP experience!! Yesterday I got my nails done at Luxury Nails instead, and asked Danny to make some changes to a nail. his response was, \\\"you're my partner, what you say goes.\\\" A far cry from the resistance I've received every time I've visited Europe nails.

The nail salon was nice to go to. Great location. The people there were a little bit on the rougher sided. I asked for purple and white tips with acrylic nails and gel toes. My toes where great but my nails need a lot of touch ups. The nail didn't go close to the cuticle, there's glue left in between my real nail and my acrylic and the lady cut my finger being too rough on my hands. I also was there for three and a half hours. Although there was three of us, they could have been more efficient and went a little faster. One of the other girls that did acrylic nails has it way worse with the glue going all the way up her nail. This nail Solon gets a 1 out of 5 because of these reason. I recommend them to people who want there toes done but that's it.

I have been a few times now and I honestly have no idea what the negative reviews on here are talking about. They're not particularly chatty, but I personally like that as I use my nail time to meditate, think, and just have quiet time to myself which I rarely get at home. I have had a few acrylic sets done and a few pedicures and I've always been very pleased.Services: Manicure

Super bad customer service !!! Not friendly not good there where 3 girls seating waiting for service and lady doing nails didn’t even look at me just answer I don’t have time for you now !Please don’t go there ! Bad experience.Service: Gel manicures

My Mom is 90 and gets a pedicure and manicure regularly. She's visiting me for the holidays and it was time for her monthly "Spa Day" ?. They took her as a walk-in, they were very patient and gentle with her. Her Gel coat looks great!! I've came here for years, and was surprised by the negative reviews. They have always done a great job.. I for one appreciate the quietness of this shop.

Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt:My entire family and I have been going here for YEARS.
