Clean and functional. The personnel gate by the main entrance sometimes doesn’t work too well and there isn’t really any service in the J unit but it’s a nice storage facility.

It was a great experience going to the storage unit today. The area is always clean and makes me feel like my stuff is safe. The kind lady at the front desk is so happy and always very helpful! She is the best! Disappointed that monthly rates went up a lot, since signing up with the unit a few months ago. Not cool!
After posting this post, I realized that sweet Irene had left a message saying they were able to help with the increased rate. It is hard being on a fixed income and I am so glad to know that Irene was there to help.. Thank you!

While the attendant was friendly, He choose not tell me the $26 a month insurance could be denied or that I could get my own. Tomorrow I plan to call and see if I can get the insurance I was duped into getting cancelled. With these kinds of deceptive business practices I doubt they will allow it to happen.

I spoke on the phone with Casey and he was able to add a credit for the amount of the insurance to my account to be applied as a pseudo-refund upon move out. I am thankful for this, for now. When I move out at the end of the month we shall see if it is real.
They also use deceptive marketing for their sizes. I got a 10x5. You would assume this is the floor space, it is not. The door is 5-6 feet wide, it’s approximately 2.5 feet deep and 10 or more feet tall. Online they show you the unit but they (most likely on purpose hence deceptive business practices.) do not show the actual dimensions. Just a photo/video of the unit. After reading the fine print I am right! They literally say the sizes are approximates and do not match what they claim. This is the definition of deceptive business practices.
The 5x5 as you can see in the photos online is really approximately 2.5 feet width x2.5 feet length by 5 feet tall.
Thirdly, while the type of lock they use gives piece of mind, that is an extra $19 charge when you sign up.
Lastly, the online advertised price does not show you the hidden sign up fee.

Amazing facility at this Extra Space managed by a super kind and helpful property manager named Brent. He is so knowledgeable and happy to help the customers. I really enjoyed working with him and am very pleased with the quality of product at this location.

Great location, great price and great service! Really have enjoyed working with Brent Pimper, property manager, of this location. Brent is a great guy and very good at his job. It is evident that he runs a tight ship! He keeps the property very clean and works hard to make sure that I am getting the best service possible. His customer service skills are top-notch, something that lacks in so many organizations these days. Not this one. Highly recommend!

Really nice place, clean, safe, easy to access. The only complaint I have, which is really a big one, after about 3 months of renting they raise your rate by about 40%. It seems to me like they know its a huge hassle to move all of your stuff out and find a new facility and they use this against you. There is no stated fee change when you move in, no warning, no nothing. I have rented from them twice with about 1 year in between, so I don't think this was a one off thing. Hope this helps someone.

I have used this company a couple of times now and have been impressed every time. Their storage units are clean and in good condition and its conveniently located. In my most recent experience I worked with Brent. I had paid for a unit and due to my situation changing ended up not needing it. I went back in after the weekend and he recognized me and canceled the unit without any trouble. I was impressed with the friendly and helpful staff and will definitely use them in the future.
