This shipping center was responsible for delivering my package. They photoed the wrong house clearly with the wrong house # and marked it delivered. Tried calling Customer Support. WHAT A JOKE! Their automated/corporate system is designed to find any and every reason to hang up on you and not help at all; the actual phone# to this center is unpublished and you can't call them. FedEX says in these cases to contact the shipper and file a claim. How on earth do they even hold their own carriers accountable operating like that? I can't report or correct the carrier's mistake, even when they're still out on their route? How would I even know the carrier didn't photo some random house and steal my package for themselves? Congratz on incentiving package theft, FedEx. Your customer service and business model is trash.

Employee was helpful but it took little longer to get their scanner to work. So i had to wait little extra.

If I could give zero stars that would be a generous rating for this company. This company is hands down the worst shipping company out there. We had ordered dog food and it was supposed to be delivered on a Thursday and we didn't get it until Monday because they had loaded it on another trailer that had packages to be delivered on Monday. And when I called to find out where it was I was told they couldn't help me and I could file a claim and was hung up on. So when I called back I was told that a claim had been submitted and I never heard any back from this company. If you have a choice use UPS and USPS. Don't waste your money.

Went here for the first time yesterday to print a simple document. Nothing special or complicated at all about it but I did need it done right away. I've never had Fedex print anything for me before so I didn't know what the process was. When I arrived, I told the woman working there what I wanted done. She acted at first like I should know how to print something at their business. When I made it clear that I didn't, she started to show me how to do it but she insisted that the document needed to be in my photos in my phone in order to print it. It didn't make sense to me but I tried to figure out how to transfer a PDF to my galaxy photos app. At that point, she told me that the only way was to take a screen shot of the document. The document was two pages and part of the second page shows in the review of the PDF in my files. It couldn't be done but she insisted it was the only way. She got a little frustrated with me when I kept trying to figure out how to transfer the PDF to my photos. Then she told me that I could go home and go online where I could go on the website and order the print job from there.....I would have pointed out that I could go online on my phone and do the same thing without going home but by that point I was getting flustered so I left.

So far no issue here. Friendly staff and knew some ASL since I'm deaf. Look like this place was upgrade because I didn't remember this place last time I visit here. Awesome!
