Terrible experience. I called them and had them put 2 cover plates on will call for me. They gave me one that looked like it was damaged and thought it was completely fine. I asked if they could get me another one, which they refused. I then asked for a receipt, which they could not give me. They also would not tell me how much each one cost even though we have an account with them.. is this a joke?

Great service but EXPENSIVE. Similar to HD. peterson in Orem was actually about 65%. They have good people but obviously feel homeowners are a nuisance and price accordingly.

Very knowledgeable and helpful, nice to have people that know what they are doing. They helped me get the parts I needed for my new water heater install. I will definetly continue to buy from them.

They have luxurious appliances and lighting but also good service they have variety and they also take care of so much more it only takes to ask if they can help you with something and the answer would be yes.

I've called Ferguson 10-15 times about my package that was lost by UPS. I've never been able to talk to someone who can help. First they sent me to KJ's mailbox. Now to Warren, to whom I've left multiple messages. This is a simple, straightforward thing. The claim is cleared on the UPS side, but Ferguson has apparently just decided to keep my money without sending the product.

Great supply house sometimes a little wait but that's just cause they're a busy place. Their delivery drivers are great and I get text updates with a window and then just before they arrive. My current company Skylake uses them and there always very accommodating. Plus open Saturday.
