I’ll say from the outset, my first mistake was having my husband take my son to get his haircut here instead of taking him myself. Anyway, apparently, my son told the person cutting his hair that he can cut it however he wants. That was mistake number 2. Needless to say, the man that cut his hair decided to give him the ugliest haircut imaginable! I don’t know whether he really thought that was a cool haircut or whether he thought it would be really funny to cut it that way, but I am extremely upset. This was done one day before school started and so now he’s walking around school with an ugly haircut and can’t get his school pictures done because of the horrible haircut he has now. My son won’t agree to us taking him back to get it fixed because he has this misguided idea that if he asked for him to do whatever he wanted with his hair, then he has to live with it. I’ve tried calling Great Clips, but they won’t answer their phone and I can’t go down there because my work hours are the same as their work hours so now I have to wait until Saturday to go down and complain and try and get my money back. I don’t think we’ll be back to this great clips.

It's affordable, quick, and convenient. The only drawback is that they don't offer to wash your hair after your haircut and sometimes that's a huge plus and convenient if you're are heading to a special occasion, reunión, business meeting. Apart from that. It's worth the money.

It was okay, but they cut off a whole section in the front and I don't know why... It's been about two months since I went and now the hair they basically trimmed all the way off is growing back in. It looks terrible and now to look good I either have to shave it off again every day for the rest of my life so it stops growing in, or let it grow out (and look dumb for a while) so that it can go back to normal. I'm choosing the second option, but I'm still not happy about it. Hair isn't everything, and I can deal with it, but I'd be warned before going here...
It looks way worse now. This is even longer after it. I literally have to gel it back and it is so annoying.

I’ve been going here for a while and it’s has its ups and downs but Marin is the best and I will continue going here as long as she’s there!! She’s a rockstar deserves a raise!!! ☺️

Unfortunately, my experience at this salon was disappointing. I went in just to have my hair fixed, asking for something as simple as a straight cut. However, they couldn’t even manage to get that right—the most basic task in hairdressing. After realizing the mistake, I couldn’t return sooner because I was on vacation. When I came back on day 10, which is today, I was told they're only responsible for corrections within 7 days of the service. I didn’t want a new look, just a quick fix that would’ve taken less than 5 minutes.
To make matters worse, while I was on vacation, someone pointed out that my hair wasn’t even cut straight. It was embarrassing—like I had tried to cut it myself. Honestly, I probably would’ve done a better job! The salon wasn’t even busy with other clients when I returned, so it’s frustrating that despite all of this, they still asked me to pay again for something that should have been corrected as part of the original service. Their refusal to help shows they don’t value customer service. It’s simply bad business.
I can’t recommend this place if you care about good service and being treated fairly when something goes wrong.

Donjie is AMAZING!!! ❤️? He's from Cali & super experienced with curly hair!!
I was scared going in, but he made me feel super comfortable and reassured! I was cutting a lot of hair off, Like 6-8 inches!
But I ABSOLUTELY LOOVVVE my hair!!! And get lots of compliments!

Clean facility, kind hairdressers. Unfortunately, We had some crooked haircuts. The kiddos hair was also not styled after being cut.

We love this Great Clips location! The stylists are all good, but Janet, Krissy, and Maren specifically are amazing. Love the app for online check-in! Makes it a breeze to get my boys in and out, and their hair always looks great.
Requested style: They keep the details in the Clip Notes, so we don’t have to explain every time, they just check the notes, ask if they want to change anything up, and get to work on their perfect haircut.
