The store itself is well maintained and has a good selection of merchandise. The staff however are not polite, i understand people have a bad day but I have had staff members be rude several times. Unfortunately I will not be shopping there anymore, probably just order things online it’s not an enjoyable experience being in the store.

I came here an hour or two before close. The staff was helpful and kind. It was a good shopping environment, and I appreciate the effort the staff puts in to keep it that way.

Always friendly staff and helpful in finding the different products they carry. Checkout is always quick and painless. Store is clean and well organized! 10/10 would recommend shopping here for pop culture and anime goods!

First time visit. Sale of Anime clothing and other Anime gear. Also sale of Nightmare on elm street gear, Freddy gear, Wednesday items, etc. It was fun to look at the different items.

Good selection. Customer service is great. Often loss prevention customer service can be intrusive but this store struck a good balance and was attentive and alert but not invasive.
