Julie took amazing care of us! We came in to J. Crew at that point in the shopping trip that we were tired of mall shopping and still hadn’t found what we were looking for. We were lost looking at the suit section and Julie offered her help immediately! She taught us a few things about suit fashion and care, and we left with exactly what we needed. Seriously Julie, you saved our day!

I love J Crew and I’ve bought many pants from there, and it’s not cheap, but I’ve had the belt straps fail multiple times from there and it causes the pants to completely fall apart?

I’ve been to better J Crew factory stores. Not one greeting. The store had little selection compared to others I’ve visited. Would not go here again.

I just walked in and was not acknowledge, not biggie but when you walk literally next to the employees and they don't say or smile or anything well. I will not be coming to this place anymore.
Maybe because I was wearing sweats or because I looked very different from everyone in the store. Either way I will not suggest a place that doesn't care if you there or not.

I loved the visit. Great clothes, amazing quality and comfort and well worth the stop. The selection was a little slim but it was still worth it.

my mom and i just had a great experience shopping here! so many cute things! the best thing of all was how kind and polite the staff was when we accidentally stayed 20 minutes after closing! it was an accident, but they were so so nice! especially the blonde lady with the medium-short hair!

I called to ask if they had an item in their store that I had seen online. The employee was not helpful. Then I called their store in Park City and had a much better experience. Ended up buying the item plus others.

My partner and I were at the store shopping and 2 employees were bragging about how one of their daughters isn’t going to shop at Target because they have LGBTQ+ pride clothing. Growing up in Utah I unfortunately have seen this in the past but to have such a discriminatory conversation in front of customers is flat out unacceptable (FYI in case management sees, this employee was working on July 8th at 1:15 PM). It’s not difficult to be inclusive, and you never know who is hearing conversations that can be extremely damaging.

Love the store but the online ordering is lame. Ordered a sweater and over two weeks and two different updated dates of delivery from UPS. Call the customer number just to be told package is most likely lost and the item is no longer available.

Worst service I have ever experienced. The employees here were incredibly rude and unhelpful. I wld not go there again...ever.
