Very friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. Took my car in for a starter issue and washer fluid pump. Sam found a torn air intake hose and broken washer sprayer as well. The torn air intake hose may well have saved me a costly future repair. Sam and his team are family friendly, easy to work with, easy to communicate with.

Fantastic! Identified that our thermostat was bad. Replaced it and haven't had overheating issues since (that was two years ago). Another shop said our engine needed to be replaced because they thought the head gasket had blown. Sam's double checked and confirmed twice for me that wasn't the problem. Super impressed every time.

I rolled the dice with Sam’s based on good yelp and Google reviews, and so glad I did! I had clanking sounds from the from both front suspensions. The dealership said 4 times after oil changes with them that everything was tight and looked fine. After a couple of years of this the clanking was getting worse so took it to Sam’s. He quickly diagnosed it as loose upper control arm bolts and tightened them up within the diagnostics fee. Our truck is finally quiet over bumps! I’m thrilled!!! And so thankful for Sam’s expertise and price. I definitely recommend him and will be a repeat customer!

Emily and Sam crushed it. I noticed a weird noise as I got off the freeway and wanted an opinion as to whether or not it would be safe to drive back to Salt Lake.
I took my truck in with less than 30 minutes till closing and they were happy to help me out. Emily and Sam said there is a very good chance I would be fine to drive it back but of course, be aware and careful.
Less than a half hour of time left to the day and they helped me out with a great attitude. Thank you!!!

Sam did some work on my Toyota Sequoia. Great communication, reasonable price, got and he got the work done quickly, can’t ask for much more. I’ll for sure go back if I need repairs in the future.

Honest, knowledgeable, considerate, and professional. It’s a small shop hidden away but definitely a place you need to check out, especially for expertise on older vehicles.

We took our car to get fixed at big o and they insisted we need all new tires because one was irreparable, then they said we were going to need another part for another $700. We went to Sam’s and turns out it wasn’t even the part they said. It ended up being half the cost. They were up front, easy to work with, honest and kept in touch when it took a little longer than they had anticipated. We will absolutely be going back.
