It's clean, easy to shop. The associates were very helpful. My son is just a little too small for the clothes, so we didn't get what we needed, but we will in a few months. :)

I popped in right at open the day before an international trip and Amber was a ROCKSTAR! She helped me find the perfect jeans in under 20 minutes - was super pleasant, and gave really good, honest feedback. I am so grateful she was working there! Thank you, Amber!

Terrible service. The “sales associates” don’t care. Ordered two pairs of denim and didn’t receive them. Customer service was unable to help. Scandalous way of running business.

Carly was awesome. She was running the fitting rooms and she did a great job. It was a super busy day, but she was super patient and friendly. She helped me pick out which jeans were the best fit for my body type and helped get several different options back-and-forth from the floor to the fitting room. She was honest and helped me make a great choice and get the perfect fit.

I always enjoy shopping at Levis at the outlets but the manager was yelling at a customer and just took the clothes out of her hand. What started as a simple conversation escalated into a huge argument and everyone in the store was so uncomfortable including the employees. It was very unprofessional and it seems she has a history of having such obnoxious behavior. Besides that, the prices are pretty good, and the deals were great. The rest of the staff was very nice and accommodating but that manager.. get her under control. I think her name is Pam

An Average Shopping Experience at Levi’s Stores
My recent visit to Levi’s Stores left me with a somewhat average impression. As a longtime fan of the brand, I was excited to check out their latest collection, but the overall shopping experience was mixed. The store had a good selection of classic and trendy styles, showcasing their iconic denim products alongside various apparel and accessories. I appreciated the range of fits and sizes available, making it easier for customers to find the perfect pair of jeans.
However, the organization of the store could use some improvement. While the displays were visually appealing, it was somewhat challenging to navigate through the various sections to locate specific items. I found myself searching for a particular style and had to ask a staff member for assistance, which took longer than expected. Although the employees were friendly and eager to help, they seemed overwhelmed during peak hours, which contributed to longer wait times at the checkout.
Another downside was the pricing. While I understand that Levi’s is a premium brand, some items felt overpriced, especially when considering similar products available at other retailers. Overall, while I enjoyed the selection and quality of the merchandise, the shopping experience fell short of my expectations. I would rate my visit three stars, as there is definitely room for improvement in store organization and customer service.

Great store with friendly and helpful staff.Ran into a nuanced situation around a pair I had bought a few months ago. Kaitlyn (spelling?) Helped and absolutely made sure I was taken care of. Couldn't be happier and definitely plan to continue to buy Levis!
