Horrible service! Dave the manager had an attitude from the start. Bought a new refrigerator that they didn't install correctly and parts are missing, now the freezer doesn't work. Dave wasn't willing to help at all. My husband is elderly and a combat veteran and Dave told us "too bad for you, not going to help you!"

i purchased a dishwasher from Lowes, i measured and I had a standard 34 in dishwasher to assure the fit. They had a third party come and install it. the installers asked if I wanted to keep my current d/w. I said yes because it is not mine and the owner wanted it. I came back in and they cut the old dishwasher in half to get it out! Then they said the new one would not fit. When I asked for the old dishwasher they said " oh that one is destroyed.". Lowes said the installers have to rectify this and the installers are like, we can see if we can bring the old one back but it was cut in half. In what world is this okay? I just paid Lowes $45 to have someone come out and measure. () and the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing!!!! I seriously don't even know how to fix everyonespointing fingers! I feel if you contract out, you as a company are responsible for what happens. You should not be able to wash your hand of the aftermath. I regret openig a credit card with them:(

This Lowe's sucks and Marty especially has terrible customer service. My 81 year old grandmother ordered a dishwasher a few weeks back here and paid Lowe's to have it installed. They set the appointment up for today and she waits around all morning. Nothing. Finally the installer calls. He went to Lowe's to pick up the dishwasher, rang and rang at the pickup bay and no one came. So his boss told him he needs to move on. He tells my grandma to call Lowe's and take it up with them at this point. She calls Lowe's and talks to Marty. He very rudely tells her it's not their fault because the installer (who Lowe's supplied mind you) should've just come in and got an employee. Marty theme tells her they can't do anything and he can have the installer call her again and reset up the appointment. Crappy service crappy installers. Thanks Lowe's for waisting our time.

The receiving lady in early morning is not a nice lady. I'm guessing she don't like her job. She is very short with words and acts like I'm a prisoner in her jail! I won't be delivering to this store ever again! Lehi, Utah

Diego in the paint department was so kind and helpful. He listened to our needs and gave some great recommendations. After helping us he even found us later and brought us a product we were having trouble finding. A really awesome customer service experience!

Diego in paint was so kind and helpful. He went completely out of his way to make the experience a 10/10. Gave us all the help we could need as well as advice on how to help us in our project!
