Great place to shop but also a great place to work part time in retirement (which I do).

Everyone there is very nice and super helpful. I couldn't find black paint for my bedroom doors and floor boards at Home Depot, but they carried it here.

I love to walk in just to look around. I got exactly what I wanted. We have mice problems and Lowe's had what we need to fight the mice.

I dropped my wallet on Monday in the parking lot very early. I'm interested in the documents. If someone could pick it up and I can return it to me. I'll reward it. Thank you friends

Horrible service! Dave the manager had an attitude from the start. Bought a new refrigerator that they didn't install correctly and parts are missing, now the freezer doesn't work. Dave wasn't willing to help at all. My husband is elderly and a combat veteran and Dave told us "too bad for you, not going to help you!"

All I needed was a simple 5 foot antenna mast, Lowe's is the only one that carries them locally, and at a fraction of the price of Amazon, Home Depot, or Best Buy.

My first visit here, asked a fellow in blue where I might find a level. I was met with a very rude reply and glare, “I don’t know what that is.” As he stared at me angrily I then asked who I could ask. Again an angry glare and, “Have you TRIED customer service?”Just — WOW. Not only have I never met a human that has not heard of a level before, but at a hardware store? The level of rudeness is also not necessary. I ask questions very politely. The second person I found to ask was busy chatting with a third employee. The guy in this interaction was also rude and interrupted my question to continue chatting with his female coworker. Two stars because the female coworker was kind and polite. The young men here are abhorrent. Should have stuck with Home Depot or at least a different Lowe’s.

Do not buy sod at Lowes, or Home Depot for that matter.I bought sod from Lowes after seeing that at home depot's sod was awful smelling and dry as a bone. ( probably should have taken the hint, don't go to a hardware store for sod ) All other sod business in the area wanted me to buy a pallet of 60+ rolls when i only needed 20ish. Lowes sod smelled mostly normal, and it was not dry as a bone so i gave it a try. Being in a pinch is what it is.- it did not end well -Unfortunately all the sod died off, i show pictures of 1 week after install and 3ish weeks after. Proper watering and care did not help. :(Turned straight into weeds ( see photos ). It was laughable as i had also added extra grass seed to help enhance the sod growth and used a couple 8$ bags of dirt to help the sod grow between the 23 rolls of sod used.Oh wait it gets worse...To get a refund Lowes required i brought all the terribly weed infested sod back, though pictures confirmed the worst which i had already shown them. Now out $100+ i paid to a landscaper to lay the sod / remove it, I took the contractor bags of weed infested sod to Lowes to get my refund.Oh wait it gets worse...Lowes only refunded me for 20 of my 23 rolls of sod due to some issue with theor system...rather than deal with their employees further i took the refund i could get and just left... what a mess.Rethinking if i should shop at lowes...UPDATE: Kuwahara Farms has the best sod near point of mtn (sandy/riverton area). Just call ahead and they set aside sod for you in the amount you need.

I enjoy coming to Lowe's for a variety of reasons, they do a good job at having trendy home goods in stock. They could use a few more associates on hand but all in all is a great place to shop.

Lowes is a terrible store compared to Home Depot. terrible service, horrible lumber, rude employees. Happy to say I will never step foot in another one of their stores.

There are no lines to get in. The lines at the register were small to none. I went in and found prices I needed and was able to get out just as fast.

Went in to return a dishwasher today. The manager behind the returns desk was yelling at one of her employees in front of customers. The poor employee was clearly working, and had just come inside from completing a curbside order. I felt so much secondhand embarrassment for the employee. I couldn’t see the manager’s name tag clearly, but I think it was Stephanie? Regardless, she was unprofessional, inappropriate and shouldn’t be running a team.On the other hand, Chet in the appliance section was wonderful, kind, and went the extra mile to help us, which is why I’m leaving 3 stars rather than 1. I really appreciate him.
