I didn’t realize that UPS doesn’t handle FED EX returns! Sheila for her help spent many minutes in the hot sun (I’m handicapped, sitting in my car) guiding me on what needs to be done from FED EX. She has been remarkable, even extravagant, with her time and patience!! She has gone an extra 3 miles out of her way to help me. So grateful for her expertise and kindness.

“Great store! Super efficient, fast service with smart AND courteous employees. I was lucky to have Netanya helping me sort out QR codes and packages with such kind and expert skill one recent day when I had a big bunch of packages. I wondered how it'd all be shipped correctly but Netanya was focused and calm and obviously well trained. So much so, that I asked if her boss was there so I could share my gratitude.
