Excellent, we've always had great service and at a more than reasonable price. We've had mens cuts and women's cuts, trims mostly and the students we've worked with are very capable.

They sell it as a pedicure...but is really a foot bath...they do not ket students clean around toe nail much at all... must fear lawyers... so they really do not teach students about toe nails other than to gel coat

Had a hair coloring service with Natalie today and she was amazing! Friendly, gentle to my hair and skin, patient, and great at her job! Tbh I didn't expect that from a student but my sensitive and damaged hair feels so healthy! Thanks! ✨

Had an appointment at 8:30 this morning for a cut and highlight. Arrived and was told my stylist Olivia wasn’t there yet. They texted her to see where she was, I waited and then at around 9:00 I was told she would be there in about half an hour 🤦🏼♀️
I had rearranged my plans for the day, coordinated it so my husband could be home with my kids, and was hoping to have my hair done before we leave on a trip on Monday.
I didn’t have the time to start the appointment over an hour late so I just told them I’d have to reschedule.
I’m feeling upset and disappointed. But I also get that mistakes happen. So I am 100% willing to update this review based on what happens at the appointment I rescheduled for.
It will go a long way if they try to make it right by offering a solid discount as an apology for wasting my time and the inconvenience caused.
Here’s to hoping that I can leave a better review!

Rylie did an amazing job with my hair! I went in with a few different ideas and we were able to blend them to make this gorgeous color!!
Hair type: I have very fine, thin hair and Rylie was great with it! I go back tomorrow for a new haircut to help with the thinning.

Every interaction I've had with a student has been positive, and they give me great results. They get a 5 stars....
But I CANNOT say the same about their instructors.
The instructors always talk down to me, say back-handed things about the style I want, and treat me as if I'm asking for too much.
That is absolutely no way to treat anyone. I always leave upset because of them, even if I do leave with good results

Molly did very poorly, I just spent my money and time for absolutely nothing. She’s been there for 1 year and yet she did very poor I actually thought she just started, I would like a refund at the point .

Went here twice, both times I wanted a light purple and both times I didn’t get what I asked for. Prior to booking I asked the student if they could get the color I wanted, and both times they said they could. The first time the student had put bleach in my hair, but before putting in the color the instructor came and said that they couldn’t make it the light of purple I wanted.
That would’ve been great information BEFORE the student put the bleach in. At that point I couldn’t get it back to black and just had to deal with whatever color options they gave me which made me upset. The second time I asked a different student and they said they could make it the color I wanted and you guessed it, the instructor came and said they couldn’t get the color I wanted after I was already in the salon.
If you want to come to this salon, DO NOT ask the students if they could achieve a color you want prior to booking, ask the instructor.

I asked for a blunt cut to my shoulders and even showed reference pictures of my own hair before it grew out. When the teacher came by, she insisted I needed layers because my hair is thicker. I ended up with a crooked hair cut. The worst hair cut I have ever gotten, and now it's too short to fix, so I have to wait for it to grow out.
