It was a really crowded day (right before school started), and my daughter had her heart set on one specific pair of shoes. The website said they were available, but we couldn’t find them anywhere in the store. Izzy noticed us searching and offered to help.
He checked the stock — no luck at first — but then went out of his way to look in another section and actually found a pair! He was so friendly, helpful, and determined to make it happen.
So many times, store employees just suggest ordering online, but Izzy went above and beyond to help us walk out with exactly what my daughter wanted that day. Thank you, Izzy!

Have always been a fan of Nike. However, in my most recent visit here in Lehi, I was beyond impressed with Kaden. He knew more about running and the science behind the shoes than I would've ever expected. Couldn't have imagined a better experience!

I’m a Nike guy. I try to buy all my gym clothes at Nike. Unfortunately, they have one of the worst after-sales services.
I bought one pair of shoes at Nike.com. I returned to Lehi store for a size change. They ordered it again 8/11/25. They cancelled my order 8/13/25. Today 9/13/25, I didn’t receive the shoes or refund and they told me in the store “you need to call customer service”.
After call, they said “you need to wait 7 business days to get an answer”.
1 month trying to get one pair of shoes.

They didn’t really have much of a good selection of shoes I was last there in 2019 but came back to get some new shoes recently but nothing appealing mostly running shoes not much jordans or air forces

Employee refused to give military discount. It’s not expected but went out of their way to make it known they would not give the discount. Checked with Nike HQ and said 100% should have got the discount. Ended up not purchasing items because of how bad customer service was.

Bought a pair of nikes and they started to delaminate. The shoes also shrunk almost one inch. Nike will not do anything about it since they are older than 2 years. I wore the shoes less than 5 times....

Terrible experience overall. The shopping experience wasn’t that great to begin with - selection was minimal. I needed to return a pair of shoes so I drove to the store to do so and I got there three minutes after they closed. There was still a line of people. I asked the manager if she could please let me just do a quick return. She refused to do the return even though I explained that I drove 30 miles to do this transaction. I get it. I was three minutes late, but come on. In the name of customer service treat your customers respectfully. There is no way this young lady should be in any type of management. Terrible experience. Terrible experience. Make customer service your focus, I wasn’t asking to come in to shop for 30 minutes beyond your closing time I wanted to do a two minute return!
