One Call Auto checked my car as it was having a problem starting. They told me it only needed a battery replacement. They did suggest that I get my timing belt replaced since my car had reached 100,000 miles and needed it replaced. They did this for good price and days sooner than other mechanics in the area. I Highly recommend their business and will go their for car repairs in the future.

I took my car into One Call Auto after if was having intermittent acceleration issues. On the bright side, they were very quick with the repair, which they said was the mass airflow sensor. But about a week later, the issue started happening again. I texted One Call Auto asking if they maybe had seen anything else that could be causing the issue since it obviously was not the MAF. I never got a response. I took the car into another shop and while they have also had a hard time diagnosing the issue, they were very upfront about what testing they had done and the fact that while they had some ideas of what might be causing the issue, they were going to be guessing and that it was up to me if I wanted to pay to see if those guesses panned out. I wish One Call Auto would've had the same transparency because I definitely would not have wasted $500 on a repair that wasn't needed.

One call! That's all it took for me to take a quick trip over. I was worried sick about not passing emissions due to something a dealership had told me, trying to even go through the process of getting an emissions waiver. The professional on the phone was very helpful and ready to take care of my problem right as I showed up! They narrowed down the issue right away (or should I say, lack there of), and did a quick check that only took 1-2 minutes! Turns out vehicle had no issues with emissions! For all that peace of mind, they didn't even charge me a dime (since it was just a very small check). Will come to visit when I have an actual problem! Amazing service!

One call auto outdid themselves with my truck. I had an issue with my truck and I was about to move halfway across the country and they took care of the issue. They were fast but also very professional and did a great job fixing it. They also checked my trailer lights and for me and made sure my truck was good to go. I would recommend them to anybody who needs work done on their vehicle.

With all the positive reviews for One Call Auto, I really didn’t want to be the one leaving a negative one, but I feel like I should share my experience in case it wasn't an isolated incident.
I took my car in on May 2 for a full inspection because I had low oil and I wondered if I had an oil leak. They recommended a transmission fluid change, oil change/flush, and tire rotation. When I asked specifically about the oil leak, they had to go back and check again before realizing I did have one. I agreed to all of the recommended services and from what I can tell, they did a good job. Which is why I'm giving them two stars instead of one.
About a month later, my car started handling poorly, and a friend suggested it might be the struts. When I went back to them to ask about the struts, they charged me for a second inspection and told me not only were my struts bad, but I also needed a new drive shaft and AC pump. That seemed strange since my AC was working just fine—and none of this came up in their inspection just a month earlier. I decided to get a second opinion from another shop and they confirmed my struts were very worn, but said the drive shaft and AC were completely fine. I'm not sure why there were several misses in finding the oil leak and strut issue in my first $65 vehicle inspection and why there were additional unnecessary services recommended on my second visit but because of these things, I will not be going back to One Call Auto.

I swear by One Call Auto, they have integrity and fair pricing and don’t try to upsell services that aren’t needed. In fact, after giving a comprehensive list of services that my vehicles needed they provided priorities on what was most needed so I could choose to defer some services without guilt or pressure. They are fast too! So thankful I found this shop!

Good honest people. Had an old car with transmission issues. They checked it out, gave me some recommendations and advice at no charge. Would definitely take any other vehicles for service (not including transmission)

Traditionally it’s understood that there is a trade-off between quality, speed, and affordability with mechanics. However, I have found the team at One Call Auto consistantly exceeds my expectations in all three! I’ll probably never take my vehicles anywhere else. They have earned my business and I recommend them to everyone needing good, fast and affordable work done on their vehicles!

Honest & attentive
My brakes needed some attention. This was the second place I had look at them (first place just said the pads look good, but couldn’t figure out the problem). They spent extra time diagnosing where the noises/squeaking was coming from and called me with updates throughout the day. They found only the front brakes were having problems and got them fixed in the same day. Brakes have been working great - I haven’t heard and funny noises from them since. Will be coming back here if my car has any other repair needs in the future.
