My pal Joe helped me with my windshield wiper! It was very helpful and he even taught me to start my car!! Also Tim was very helpful in the process. Will be stopping by again to get some cool trinkets!!

my buddy liv and i went to o riley for the first ☝️ time today! we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of trinkets! a very helpful gentleman named joe helped my buddy fix her windshield wiper, taught us to attach the windshield, and how to start her car ?!! we will be frequenting this location given the trinkets and that joe will be wrapping his mini van/ suv purple!!!! ??? shout out to tim for also being a king ?

Awful customer service. Employee wouldn’t even look at me when I asked a question. Told me the item I was looking for was “next to the wipers” another guy said they don’t even have it. There were 5 employees in there and 4 customers. O’reillys is also overpriced on many things. Dead business, never coming back after this experience I’ll just use Amazon for all auto needs as well henceforth. I understand that o’reillys doesn’t compensate people properly but this guy “Taylor” failed to show basic human decency. It’s a tough situation as there were five employees four of which were just talking about the Roman Empire and some random stuff lost the individual Taylor, who lacks human decency, was the only one working, so I kinda get why he is so pissy

I had to go to this store because a different store told me that this store had a Wix air filter and cabin filter in stock. The first store had called and asked this store to set aside the filters for me so I could just run in and grab them. I arrived at the store and went inside. There were no other customers in the store and there was only one employee behind the counter, his name was Douglas. As I approached him I could see that he was playing a game on his phone. I stood in front of him for a minute or two without him saying a word. I then told him that I was there to pick up some filters that were supposed to be held for me. Without looking up from his phone he asked some non-sensical questions that made me realize he did not listen to anything I had just said, so I had to repeat myself. Again, without looking up, he picked up his phone, continued to play his game, walked over to some shelves and poked around at a few boxes and came back over and said that there were no filters being held and went about playing his game. After realizing I was going to just be wasting time trying to work with this guy I just walked away back to the filter wall to find the filters myself. There were no books or anyone to help me determine which filter I needed, so I had to pull out my phone and do a quick Google search. After searching for several more minutes I discovered that they did not have the Wix filters I wanted and since I was leaving for a trip I was going to have to accept a different brand. After my experience with Douglas, I was not surprised that their inventory was not correct. When I walked back up front to check out there was a different employee who noticed I was standing at the checkout counter and proceeded to help me because Douglas was still on his phone. I would for sure not recommend this store, and even though it is the closest one to me, I will not be using it.

The staff at this O'Reilly store has always been helpful. Last night, Evan went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot what was going on with my car. Recommended a few parts, showed me where they are on the engine, lent me tools and then came out to see if it worked.

Customer service is great, 10/10 fantastic staff. but the new company policy that you can’t price match Walmart is a shame. I don’t like dealing with the guys over there, but for the cost difference I’ll have to take my business over there.

Only been here once for a new cabin air filter, but they were super helpful and helped me find what I'm looking for fairly quickly. The guy who helped me seemed a little spacy, but was great service nonetheless.

Jonathan Lindow at this location was super helpful! We were quickly taken care of. He went above and beyond to get our battery fixed. I hope they give him a raise and a promotion.

Helpful staff, good prices and free services. Got my battery all charged up in about an hour, now I can drive without my car dying on me every 2 mins.

I think the service was good once I got help. When I entered there were 4 employees talking or looking around, and I was the only customer there. Everything else was good. I went in for a wiper blade and they switched them for me which is awesome.

Friendly and fast service! Be sure to make sure they give you the right oil tho, many times they have given dexos 2 gm oil when my Volkswagen calls for a European oil and that’s not hard to figure out, if you have a European car make sure the bottle says European and not dexos 1 or 2

I had a really good experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts. I was able to get in, find everything that I needed; in a short period of time with the help of some very helpful employees, and get on with my busy schedule. I definitely recommend this store for fast, efficient, and professional service.
