Terrible customer service….Walked in an no one was at the front deck. Proceeded to walk around store for about 15 minutes. I didn’t see any employees, no one asked if I needed help with anything or had questions. I then walked downstairs to check from desk again. There were two ladies laughing away. I approached them and they completely ignored me for a minute or two until I kindly asked excuse me I have some questions! She seemed very annoyed that I had to stop her gossiping with the other lady. I was interested in doing a custom piece. Asked to see what fabrics and she wasn’t interested in helping very much and I felt very rushed by her. As she was searching up on the computer for more information she didn’t take any words of what I’m looking for into mind. I even showed pictures. She said she can gather info and give me a call back later. I never received a call and it’s been days. The customer service here sucks and made me feel so uncomfortable. Not to mention unwelcome. I completely understand if they were busy with another client, yet they weren’t. Don’t remember coming here

Terrible customer service. I go in asking for a round table with a specific size in mind. They don’t give me a straight answer and say oh you can have a look and they hand me a measuring tape. I look around and leave. I mean…get rid of your employees and leave a measuring tape with instructions and a self check out cashier. Totally useless to ask for help. Like freakin Home Depot.

We went to Osmond Designs looking for a mirror for above a dresser in our entry way. We were delighted to find a nice selection of mirrors... many styles and price points. Our favorite was very affordable. Friendly staff and lots of cool furniture options. We'll definitely be back!

Loved my experience at Osmond Designs... purchased a bed from parade of homes... It was on display, so when it was delivered to me, was completely wrapped and protected.. Definitely recommend..

They had a chair on back order for 10 months (charging us the full amount for it). When it didn’t work out for us they charged us a “$75 restocking fee” even though we literally carried it into their store and watch them place it on display. If you’re looking for a store that will hold your money captive for months and then charge you if you change you mind after only a handful of days definitely check them out!

We bought our bed, dining room table and family room shelving/drawer units from them. They are great to work with! Prices can be a little high but we felt the quality and overall design made up for it in the end. Delivery was seamless and professional as well. Will continue going back!
