I’ve gotten everything from dog items, to reptile and fish. I’ve felt so comfortable asking questions and getting help to be a successful fish and reptile pet parent. Anytime I have gone in with my dog they’ve greeted him like they’ve known him for years. I swear it’s like he’s a celebrity in there! I love this location and the staff is super helpful. Such a great pet store, plus walk in nail trims in the grooming salon for my dog so much better than stressing about making appointments for a quick service. Even using the self serve pet wash station has been fantastic, I don’t have a mess at home to clean up anymore. 10/10!!

I recently had a fantastic experience at this supply store. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect food for my furry friend. 🐶 Everyone was so welcoming to our little girl, Lola and everyone is so nice. Katie G. , their manager is incredibly kind and knowledgeable about all the things in there!! They had a wide selection of high-quality products, from toys to grooming supplies. I was particularly impressed with their commitment to animal welfare. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to navigate.
Also, their self grooming station is amazing. Fully equipped with anything you need to give your furry friend a good bath!! I highly recommend this store for all your pet needs! 🐾

The BEST pet & supply store 💯 Kind staff. The nail groomer did a fantastic job!! The bath spaces are stocked with supplies & ample room to wash your pup. Great prices. Full supply of natural dry or fresh dog foods.

This place was super fun! The animals are well taken care of. Carlie, who assisted me was amazing! She answered all of my questions and was such an amazing help! I would recommend her to anyone! She knows a lot about the animals and was very gentle when we bought fish. I’m definitely coming back and I hope to see her again! She does an amazing job and is such a sweetheart!

I just want to write a review to say Kylee is the BEST dog groomer I've ever used for my 7 year old dog. She is so sweet with him and he always looks fantastic when I pick him up. Bonus is she is fast too. My dog is always finished with a full groom in under 2 hours.

Normally I am very satisfied with pets supply plus. The employees are always amazing and many of them remember me and my pup. Today when I bought a 5 bath punch card I realized that the price had jumped from $50.00 to $70.00. I asked why the price had increased so dramatically. They told me it now includes a card for a nail trim. I am so upset and iterated. This is clearly a money grab. You are screwing over your consistent customers. I’m reconsidering where I will be taking my business after this.

The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable about animals and their products for your animal. I recently moved and found this place to get my pet supplies. I dreaded going into the other pet store, it was so mismanaged and un helpful at times. I now enjoy getting my pet supplies and talking and getting to know the employees.
