“For anyone wondering, Ridley's grocery store in Saratoga, on Pony Express Parkway, has an actual USPS office inside, which may be easier than going to Lehi Main Street.”
“In August 2025, we visited the United States Postal Service in American Fork, Utah. This is a large facility, as it services not only American Fork, but also nearby Highland and Alpine, as these two cities do not have their own Post Office. This facility is clean and well-maintained, and the employees are helpful. We were inquiring about different job opportunities within the United States Postal Service. Whitney, one of the managers, explained to our satisfaction the differences in the various job roles. We had a favorable experience visiting the American Fork Post Office.”

“This is a fantastic USPS location. I have had nothing but respectful, friendly, cheerful encounters with all the workers here. Even when I was frustrated about problems I have had, the staff here was patient and did everything they could to solve my problem in a kind manner. Once I accidently left something there, and they held it in their little lost and found for me! I frequent this location often due to my small business, and for the past almost five years it has consistently been a great place! Thank you so much!”

“I’ve had several experiences with the Lehi Post Office over the years, and every single one has been positive. The staff are consistently kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. They’ve assisted me with everything from getting a passport to sending Operation Santa packages, and even sorting out a tricky mail forwarding issue.
Even when the line stretches to the door, they take the time to make sure each person is taken care of without making you feel rushed. No one loves going to the post office, but they do everything they can to make it as smooth and painless as possible.
It’s clear they care about their work and their community, and it really shows. I truly appreciate the level of service they provide.”
