⭐ 1 star – Extremely disappointed and frustrated
This is not the first time we’ve had issues at this salon, but it will definitely be the last. My son’s recent haircut was completely ruined by an inexperienced stylist who clearly didn’t know what they were doing. The front is so uneven that even someone without sight could tell how badly it’s cut. I can’t believe they let him leave the chair like that.
Sometimes we’ve gotten lucky with decent results here, but more often than not, we walk away with the worst-looking haircuts. It’s wildly inconsistent and honestly unacceptable—especially right before school starts. Now I have to either try to fix it myself or find another professional to salvage what’s left.
I hate that my child had to go through this. It’s so disappointing and stressful. Please think twice before bringing your child here.

Crystal is the best! She always provides the cleanest fade and I can always count on a great haircut! She is great to chat with as well and it seems she is always so connected and helpful to her other staff, making sure they are taken care of and happy!

I love this place. My husband gets the best haircuts. Just make sure to be as detailed as you can to the stylists and they will not disappoint :)

Right before prom... absolute tragedy by one of the stylists. I got the service i requested but the actual haircut was abysmal. Completely uneven. Extremely frustrating.

My two boys have never been to get thier hair cut before. Neither have I. But we had the best experience! Everyone was so nice and kept telling my boys how good their hair was and they even got a soda after. Highly recommended!

If you want to get seen you have to register online unless you want to wait forever. Doesn't care about walk-ins.

Easy online scheduling (when not very busy) on their recently updated web app.No wait this time, professional haircut from my barber, the first time I recall been given such detailed options and suggestions, it really helped. Thank you Brecken.Due to a previous experience at a different location, I ask that customers who schedule please show up on time -- please don't schedule your whole family and be 14 minutes late, it really hurts their business and staff, plus inconveniences other customers.

I don't love most of the sports clips but this one's different. There stylist Sidney B. does a fantastic job. I had a different place mess my hair up badly and she was able to fix it right up. Sidney always know the right way to cut my hair and I will be going back to her for all of my haircuts.

In our family there are 5 boys and every one of us enjoys the experience of getting our hair cut at Sport Clips no matter which city we’re in, but especially in Lehi.Over the past 18 months or so we’ve travelled to over 35 states and get our hair cut about every 6 weeks. Every time we visit Sport Clips it’s a great experience, but we’ve found ourselves back at this Lehi location multiple times and they always impress us.This location is clean, the staff are attentive and very friendly, and they do a great job. I’m always impressed with how well they do with all the kids (from age 3 to 9).Definitely a great place for a haircut!
