We just got our storage unit working with Veronica and she was great. She was so helpful and took the time to show us other storage units because the one we reserved was too small. She made the transition easy and she was very nice about it. Storage units are nice and clean. Thank you so much Veronica for all your help today.

A very quick and easy process getting the storage unit. I called and was able to move things into the unit right away! I only needed it for one month and they worked with me. I recommend prime storage to anyone who is looking for a storage unit.

Really liked this location! Relatively close off the freeway. I had a smaller unit that was indoors (was 5ft by 5ft or 5ft by 4ft) but it was pretty tall and so I was able to stack boxes. Felt relatively clean and safe - you have to put a code to get into the area, there were typically just a couple of other people at the location when I would be there. One thing to note - I think it is discounted at first, but then they up the price to close or at the standard price a couple months in - I think though either the guy on the phone told me this or I read it on line - I’m guessing this is standard practice, but good just to have that expectation is you are getting a discounted price at first.
