My teenage daughter needed a new tire for her jeep. We called Transwest and Don was very gracious and pulled a tire the same day for us. He was extremely helpful and polite. Thank you Don for helping us out! 🙏

Don at Transwest Auto Parts is the best guy to work with. I drove 100 miles to find out they didn't have my part. Even tho the mistake was on my end he fixed it so I wouldn't have to make the 200 mile round trip trip again . Saving me so much in time and gas. Very very good to work with. Recommend 100%.

Parts received quickly. Fast service. Ordered an engine off thier website, it worked & fit the car intended. The shipping price was was a bit expensive to have it ship to their yard. Staff was helpful. We got yelled at for stopping at a vehicle to look at the condition of the door to make sure it would work for a different vehicle (apparently that is not allowed-we didn't know that). Other than that it all went well. Part worked, they have a lot of different parts for all types of vehicles.

Went there to get a rim and found the car had been crushed. Jill (i think) offered and found another rim at different place. She could’ve sent me on my way but took the time, very fast like, to find two options. Grade A customer service, I’ll be back!!!

Don was so so helpful!! I live in Oregon and needed a new interior door panel, but couldn’t find one near me. Don was able to help me find the exact door panel I needed and made sure it was shipped to me quickly! It was wrapped very well and didn’t have any issues when it arrived.

Is it really that hard to just unplug the engine harness from the computer, instead of ruining it by hacking it off? It would make our jobs a lot easier for you extra 5 seconds of work.

I was trying to find a part that I needed, so I called Transwest Auto to see if they had what I was looking for.Well to make a long story short they did not have it. Although they did go a step or two further. The gentleman that was assisting me looked for other places to find it for me. I was pretty impressed with that kind of old fashioned service, it brought a smile 😊 to my face. To no avail though, but like I said two steps, he put me on to a place in central UT. to try a find what I was looking for because they specialize in older model vehicles. All and all I was exceptionally pleased with my latest encounter with for said Transwest Auto.

Transwest was probably like the 3rd company I called every other company was difficult to work with. Specially since I don’t have a shop. but Don made it happen even when we ran into complications with shipping. I’m so thankful Don worked with me and followed up to make sure I got then engine I needed. Where I needed when I needed it.
