“Great location, enterprise has always been a good rental company. This last visit is a great example of their willingness to go above and beyond. I reserved a particular car because I am thinking of buying one. While I was waiting for parts to come in, I decided to rent a car for a week. They didn't have the car I asked for in and no one in the area did so they "upgraded me to size category up." Well I took the car and hated it. There wasn't anything about it I liked. So I called the next day to ask if there was anyway I could get something else. When I got there they had found the vehicle I had originally asked for. They gave me that car and took a bit off my bill.( I didn't ask them to and didn't expect them too but they did) the young man told me to let him know if I didn't like this one and made sure I was happy with everything before I left. If you make a reservation with one of these large rental places you have to understand that they can't always guarantee you'll get what you ask for but enterprise took the time to make sure I got what I wanted to the limited amount they could. I have had to rent many vehicles for work in the past and enterprise has almost always been the easiest and best company to work with”
“These guys saved the day. I needed to tow a trailer and a 5th wheel. They made it happen! If you need a reliable 3/4 or 1 ton truck to tow with, this is the place to go! The only thing I wish they had is an unlimited milage option. Trucks are well maintained, clean and low mileage new trucks. Check them out!”

“I have been happy with my storage for this location. Price isn't to bad. It's always clean and I feel very sade about my stuff there. I have had a storage unit at this place for about 2 years now and switched from a different storage place to save money and this place offers everything the same as the more expensive guys for a more affordable price. Anyway to save money these days helps.”
“We have always had a good experience with Budget and with this particular location. We reserved the "mystery car" which was the cheapest and they ended up giving us a Tesla SUV. When we dropped the car off our younger daughter left her phone in the seat pocket and the car was taken to their West Valley Location. James Murray, the location manager, went out of his way to drive to the West Valley location, pick up the phone and brought it back to American Fork. He went above and beyond in regards to providing exceptional customer service. We have tried renting from other places, but nothing beats the condition of the cars and the customer service at Budget in American Fork!”
“I was needing a small truck to move from Saratoga to Salt Lake area. I reserved my truck online, but they changed to location on me the day before. When I arrived, the trick was ready to go. The worker was friendly and even let me leave my car there for a few hours until I could have someone take me to pick it up.”
“I returned a one bedroom van that I rented in Santa Barbara, CA to this dealership and the experience was absolutely delightful and much better than with the dealership where I rented it. The lady I talked to over the phone and met was extremely helpful, polite and treated me in such a way that whenever I need another U-Haul I will go back to this dealership in American Fork at 67 W Main Street without hesitation. Konrad- I think you must have had a similar experience as you did when you were that City Manager in Cedar Hills. I don't know how people rated you but I assume it was from one end of the spectrum to the other just like here.”
