This location has been great to work with. Unfortunately the uhaul trailer we reserved had a flat tire. Nicole really went out of her way to help us and find us another trailer up the road. We are so grateful for her. Great customer service!

Went with my friend to help him move, and he had reserved a U-haul for 4:30 to 8:30 pm. We arrived to pickup the U-haul at 5:30 only to be told that they rented it out to someone else because we “missed the reservation.” They never told us if you’re not exactly on time for your reservation that they just give it to someone else. Not to mention there were a billion other trucks sitting in the lot. Thanks a lot Uhaul

I started my move to Texas today and what started out as a quick start to a bad morning with uhaul turned immediately around when I came into this store. BRE.... was absolutley amazing and geniunely heard my questions ...and before I asked all the questions she was already putting the solution at hand before me making my move seamless and simple. She even greeted me while off the clock before heading into work!I have unfortunately become accustomed to poor customer service and getting jipped right and left.. this was NOT the case and I appreciate the service regardless of how simple it may ot may not have been to provide. That is how it's done! Everyone else there was also friendly and seemed to have great energy amongst co workers. Thanks again.

I had a emergency and needed a car dolly to get my daughters car home after it broke down. I called and they stayed late for me, met me in the parking lot. Hooked the trailer up, tested the lights and got me out the door. The yard guy went out of his way to help me!! So grateful for a company like this!! Great service and attitude.

I only booked a track for moving and then canceled it because it was no longer needed. But the staff were helpful and friendly and didn’t charge us for canceling which was awesome. Will use this place again if I ever move again.
