What a waste of retail space! There is no drive-up ATM - you must walk in to use the machine. The ATM does not read the UFirst Credit card numbers because they are not raised. When you go inside, there is NO TELLER, and there are only 4 more ATMs that are worthless. The employees holding down their desks need to learn how the ATMs work. And ask great questions like do you use an ATM with this card? They are slow to react and cannot solve problems. There is no actual way to get money at this location. This reminds me why I use my American First Credit Union more. This "location" is a joke. It is faster, more convenient, and easier to get cash from a one-legged ATM at the Circle K running off a generator than at this location for the Credit Union (I know there are no Circle Ks in Utah). It's good to know my fees are going to something worthwhile.

I just want to say Thank You to the ladies at the Lehi branch(Cheyenne, & Ayisha) they have been so helpful. Ayisha showed me how to build my credit and I have taken it from a 490 credit score to a score of 765(I am so appreciative for their guidance). Thank you UFirst!!!!

I sent a wire transfer with them asked them to rush it and nothing 3.5 hours later. They were quick to take the money and only response is their at lunch. Chase I can send it instantaneously during business hours. Also cost $15 for a domestic while Chase is $5 foreign.

Super impressed with this credit Union. I have 5 other banks I work with on my businesses and I think these guys take the cake for friendliness and timeliness.Dalton helped me get set up with a checking account and savings account and attached to my auto loan with them.He was very thorough and fast.Lily also came in to greet me and was very friendly.I watched her as she interacted with a handicap gentleman who wasn’t there for banking, but just needed someone to talk to. I was very impressed with her patience and kindness she showed this gentleman.Great job Dalton, Lily & UFirst.

Hahahaha Ufirst is a joke!! I have been nothing but loyal, never missed a payment with them I have different accounts with them and I go and try and get a loan for a vehicle and they tell me I have poor payment history. Haha I will be closing my account asap and you should too!! They wasted my 5 years i had with them!!!

Amazing I had such a good experience here! Hailey and Ayisha were so nice and helped me with everything I needed and they were so fun to talk to. This bank has some pretty good benefits and I’m so glad I got this visit this new location thanks for everything!

Been with this credit union for about 7 years and I love my experience with them. They even give calls for my birthday. They genuinely care about me as a customer and I plan to stay with them long-term because of it.

In my opinion:
This bank has no respect for the privacy of its customers, and sells customer information to third party vendors who engage in questionable tactics to trick people into buying their products. Even though I paid off my loan with them long ago, I still get a steady barrage of postal mail with the UFirst logo with labels like "IMPORTANT: OPEN IMMEDIATELY", only to find it contains solicitation material from life insurance companies, etc. Any bank that sells the use of their logo to scam their customers is one I'll never do business with again.
